Having the right does not make that a certainty to happen, if they believe the existing terms are acceptable and they already have a good deal then nothing may change. The converse to this is that Val, should THX wish to renegotiate, do not have to accept any revised terms and can quite simply say the deal is the deal take it or leave it, granted this would put them in a position that the deal may fall through, but that all comes down to what value they believe they are bringing to the table and really just leaves us in the same scenario you believe is inevitable anyways. And that's just business, you look at the cards you are holding and you play your hand the way you see it.

It's just my opinion, but you sound more and more desperate by the day, with the amount and frequency of posts increasing, but really just stating the same thing over and over again with no real impact. No impact, because you will not tell anyone or clarify why you are actually here. The rollocks about trying to save potential investors has not been swallowed by anyone, you sell crazy someone where else, we're all stocked up here springs to mind.....

I really hope you are not going to lose everything over the gamble you have on the company failing, I hold no malice towards you whatsoever, I just don't understand why you just don't admit your motives and gain the respect of everyone (even if they disagree), by being honest. We could then have reasoned debate, knowing exactly why you say what you say. Hiding behind your cape is wearing very very thin...

"All the way down from 50p"? You say that like that is/ was the average price for this share, which is not the case, the average price for the last year for this share is around 9/10p and the average price for the years previous to that was between 15p/20p. Anyone who purchased at 50p or around that value has been very unlucky to catch the spike, but don't try to make out that is the average price - it's not.

Val is a gamble everyone knows that and you pay your money and take your chances, this share always goes up and down with large percentage swings, you pick your time, buy at a level you are happy with and sit it out and wait. Alternatively you don't like it as an investment and you don't buy at all, fairly simple rules to this game.

Also note - Rampers and de-rampers do very little to affect the share price or any share price in my opinion.

You must have a massive amount riding on this all going bad, the amount of time you are investing trying to trash the company is unbelievable. Must be quite a worrying time, not knowing if your bet on failure is actually going to be correct. Perhaps you will be correct, but perhaps you will not, I hope you do not lose a lot of money if you do turn out to be wrong. You must be getting extremely nervous though, to devote so much of your time to try to put people off taking a chance and investing.

I am happy with the position I have taken and if it doesn't work out, so be it, I have taken a chance on a company I think will succeed eventually at some, maybe now maybe later. If I lose it all, that's the risk I have taken and I won't lose any sleep over it.

Your actions appear increasingly desperate like you may have gambled more than you can afford to lose, that really is never a good strategy.

@Laura - the timeline is currently unknown and anything else said is speculation.

Just so you know our resident superhero Porky, Pork Chopper, Martin Lewis - holds no stake or investment in Val 9as he admits himself), he states his mission in life is to patrol the board, flying in with cape flapping, to save any prospective investor from losing their money by buying into Val. However it is more likely that his motivations are not so genuine and he stands to gain on any share price drop.

By all means read and consider his posts, he has a right to his opinion, but just be aware he is not invested.

I never filter anyone and I am happy to consider any opinion, but you are not being honest mate and that gives you 100%/ zero credibility.

Say you are short, say what your intentions are and I (and many others), may consider the contents of your posts with a little more relevant.

What is very clear to see us that the only reason you keep posting is that you are short and determined to try to drive the price down, there really is no other explanation for the sheer amount of posts that you plaster the board with and you certainly have not offered any alternative explanation for your constant negative posts. It does not appear to be working though and the price is holding. It may be time to cut your losses,

Almost every share is always a gamble, Val is no exception, you pay your money, take your position and take your chances. Your position is clearly short, mine is that I have faith that one day, maybe soon, maybe later, that Val will come good and I will hold till that day arrives, come what may in the interim. Perhaps you will be right or perhaps I will. At least the rampers do not try to conceal their true motivations, you on the other hand……

What do you gain from this is the question?

If you were clear about your intentions and motivation, your comments may hold some weight/ value, but as you have ulterior motives which you hide, then everything you say has to be considered tainted unfortunately.

Moving in the right direction again now, hopefully a sustained rise will continue, back up to the region of £2.20 or so shortly in my opinion.

Bound to be a fair bit of selling due to the profits some will have made buying in at anything below 10p, so I'd be happy if we hold at anything around 12/13p to be honest, with hopefully another move up on Monday.
