The imminent demise of the share price, does not appear to be coming to fruition.

I'll admit, I expected a drop back today, at least by a little, but I am happy to see it appears to be on the rise again!

I'd be interested to know your opinion on why has the placing, that you have been saying for months is imminent, has not already taken place? Surely if there was going to be a placing the board would table this when the share price was as high as possible, that way securing the best value and the best chance that any resolution would be passed by the shareholders? Why would they wait for the drop that you and many others also believe is imminent to table the resolution? This would give far less chance that it would pass and far less chance that they would secure any value.

Could it be that they have information that we/ you do not and that a placing is not required at all? Would you not say that there is equally a chance that this is the case?

Do you really believe that ramping on this forum and twitter can influence a share price (any share price) to increase by 100%?

Ramping and de-ramping may have an effect on a share price, but it is fairly minimal in my opinion.

You could well be right, but I was more interested to see what TT's response would be and whether he would be willing in the interests of clarity to confirm who he was previously.

When you say iceman, who are you referring to?

The reason I ask this, is that you have only been a member since November 23, so you couldn't possibly know who Iceman was or if he had decided to change username, unless of course you have been around longer and have decided yourself to change username?

It is of course everyone's right to change username or re-invent themselves if they see fit, to clarify I don't have any problem with that, I just don't really see the point in doing it, unless of course you don't want people to know what you posted previously. But you may have another reason for doing it, completely unrelated to that.

What was your previous username? Just interested, you obviously don't have to reveal this if you don't want to.

There is always the possibility that it will drop below £2 again this week, next or in the coming weeks, it is less than a 2.5% swing to take it down, but in my opinion this only represents a good buying opportunity and equally it may not drop back below £2 at all. Either way it will recover properly at some point and the risk of it falling back below £1.90 level is very low in my opinion. The company is solid and dividend has been maintained, my anticipation is a move towards £2.20 again over the coming months, if of course we can avoid further escalation in the wars throughout the world (which obviously is not guaranteed) and any interest rate rises, with a further move towards £2.50 or so middle to end of next year. Taking all of that into account, along with the very good dividend, it's a sit back and wait for me.

Anything above £2.10 it's a hold for me. Anything below £2.05 and it's a buy.

Just my opinion though

genuine - truly what something is said to be; authentic.

Interest - the feeling of wanting to know or learn about something or someone.

Are you going to tell us why you feel the need to respond on Porky's behalf and what is in it for you? Doubt it, you are just here to clog up the board with nonsense, trying to abuse and annoy people.

I don't give much credence to Reddit or this forum, they are both simply peoples opinions, some negative, some positive - you sift through it and take from it what you believe and what you don't, it's a simple as that mate.

One person telling another that what they are saying is incorrect, is just their opinion, it holds the same weight as the initials persons opinion in the first place that's all. One might be correct or the other or they both may be wrong. Hopefully that clears it up for you mate.

I know you don't really say anything or have any opinions of your own and your preference is just to try to abuse and annoy people, but I still love you mate, keep up the good work and keep making me smile.

There he is! Lovely to see you back my old friend, I had really missed your completely nonsensical posts the last little while and I was worried you wouldn't be available for our beers this evening. You still on for tonight yeah?

"you're properly rattled aren't you, lol"? Am I and what exactly would it be that has me rattled? You really don't make much sense do you? The share price has risen and continues to gradually rise each day, a little bit of a sell off today, but that of course is to be expected, with people taking profit on recent rises. I'm pretty happy at the moment to be fair and content to wait it out, as I explained to you previously. If everything does fall through this time, I'll just continue to wait, my belief is that Val will come good one day, maybe now or maybe a lot later down the line. If there was to be another raise (if the sharholders were to agree to this), then again, I would just wait it out. Or maybe a deal will be done and the share will sky rocket, I think there is a very good chance that it will at some point.

I have staked what I am willing to lose and if I lose it all, whilst it won't make me happy, I won't be overly bothered, that's just the risk you take. So either way life will go on.
