I wonder if it’s the first of a few - over a billion shares traded in the last 5 or 6 sessions with heavy buying- interesting few days ahead

After the rises over the last week or so holding steady around 1.30-1.50 is pretty good news.

Suspect we will begin to get 2 or 3 TR1s over the next few days as the mystery buyers reveal themselves!!

Thing is Messer claimed he was a big shareholder and was angry at losing 70% of his investment - posting multiple times a day - heard nothing since the big rise - you would have thought he might have posted if he were genuine

On another note it was probably Lloyd et al buying all those shares they scared others out of selling

Well the fundamentals as you say have changed dramatically over the last 2 weeks

First they cancelled the convertible loan facility stating they have enough cash to fund themselves for the foreseeable future so any mention of a placing is laughable

Second they confirmed they have passed the first of 2 hurdles to start partnering with significant, potentially huge , partners within the FCA sandbox to validate and market their technology to disrupt a 3 trillion - yes trillion- dollar Industry with lower fees, faster times.

That is one of their 3 revenue streams - directors own 40% having bought in years ago at 2p - DYOR

I think you are right avocet - it’s only up 5 times in the last couple of weeks - I had hoped for 500 but hey ho 5 will have to do - idiot

To be clear my point about 2.6p prediction is a short term one - if the directors paid 2p for their ( tens ) of millions of dollars of shares about 2.5 years ago Before all the latest advancements then surely THEY expect 10p is easily possible- otherwise why spend millions and work for years to get errr nothing ???

Totally agree that you should always ignore ramping posts or indeed deramping posts - every investor must do their own research but what BBs can do is share info (real not opinions !) and point investors to relevant info. For example this time last week a poster pointed us to the proactive interview before it was RNSed - I bought in a big chunk there and doubled my money in a day when the info began to leak out - a great example of posters helping each other out.

The share is clearly taking a breather now but not in my opinion unexpected or a negative - if you look at the charts (and believe in chart investing ) then this points to a consolidation around 1.40 to 1.50 before a further push up towards 2.6

If people think 4 weeks is a long time to wait well perhaps they shouldn't be investing at all ! Its called investing not instant gains !

I stick to my belief that with over a billion shares traded this last 5 trading days someone somewhere has been accumulating well over 50m shares needed for an announcement and so there should be an announcement this week or early next. I think the rules are they have 5 days to inform the company and then it takes them a day or two so should be imminent to see who has been doing it - board/hedge fund/ bank who knows - IMHO of course

Someone must be loading up - a tr1 is surely inevitable maybe 2 or 3 given the volume

As a side note the provider of the cLM sold at around 0.4p- 150m shares - I’m sure someone there is very very gutted !!

They are already in big time at 2p - loads of space to run - I’ll be surprised if this isn’t 3p by the end of the week the demand is astonishing

Probably a delay of 3 to 6 months as they change whatever feedback the FCA provide needs changing - hopefully that doesn’t come to pass as they have spent years developing the technology and have one of London’s leading financial law firms providing the legal advice- but even so if it were to pass we have funding and time so a delay rather than a roadblock

I always reference what the Board of any company invests and at what price.

The board here are in at 2p and own 40% - I would suggest the minimum they would hope/expect is 5-10 times that however this market is worth literally trillions of dollars and is ripe for disrupting- check out the Sunday roast podcast - they were expecting to be worth around 100million by now and 100 times current share price Is not impossible if they get FCA approval and use that to develop partnerships and relationships with any number of financial partners and their customer bases - lots of bridges to cross but they have a number of potential revenue streams and current market cap is less than a third of what it was just 18months ago despite the unquestionably large amount of progress.
