Thanks for sharing it does look brilliant- more and more progress - this share price is ridiculous- was 2.5p when there was no progress FFS - now should be many many multiples once sandbox application approved

Look at what happened in dec - .35 to 0.9 in a few days - assuming they are accepted the share price should easy hit those levels again before further progress

It’s 2 to 4 weeks to see if they ie the FCA accept the application as merited and possibly innovative and beneficial. Which would be a good step forward but quite a few more weeks 8 to 12 from memory of testing before they are accepted into the sandbox where they can begin the real work of proving and selling the technology to partners - please DYOR as i only skim some RNSs etc.

Well I’m no expert but the main market is more prestigious and there are many more hurdles to leap relating to the people in charge and the stability of the business - important I think for a predominantly overseas business to convince partners of their viability.

There are inheritance tax benefits from operating on AIM and it is easie to list.

Yes but that was because there was an international mining conference in the BDC in London where dozens of key players were there - African bankers, mining finance people, equity investors etc - I know of no such event upcoming in London though I stand to be corrected if there is one - hopefully so

Tenner has screwed his bosses the shareholders , sold out the company’s past with excellent IP and betrayed its future and refuses to front up and face his accusers - he just collects his massive salary and no doubt for (hilarious this) successful litigation outcome a massive bonus. Whatever is left for us shareholders will be pennies on the pound - I’m disgusted- transformational indeed

My take is - we will see in 2-4 weeks whether the application is accepted to be looked at ie whether it is potentially innovative enough for them to test and review and then a further 8 to 12 weeks to see if it is actually passes the various tests and criteria they have - so assuming (key assumption! ) we are accepted for review - we could be accepted and approved in the sandbox between 10 weeks and 16 weeks so mid may to end June

Torn - you are absolutely correct- it takes a special type of incompetence from a CEO to ensure his company is valued at less than the cash they have/will shortly arrive.

Still if you lie , exaggerate and then capitulate and have a complete lack of courage to face your investors while pocketing half a mil a year for a company with a £2m turnover you can achieve it - what a complete farce - he must go - without any bonus for his “ transformative, multiples of share price” deal

Harry has been looking unwell for a while - I hope from a human point of view he takes it easy - I’ve met him a couple of times and for all our disappointments I do believe he is trying his very best - his worst failing is over promises which has very real effects on investors wealth as I know to my cost ! As for the loans I know last time they were very expensive- something like 25% from memory but someone please correct me - but far better than a placing imo as long as they are not convertible at some stupid price point.

I haven’t had a chance to listen yet - were there any details on the unsecured advances - how much, what terms , whether they were convertible ? I knew the money had to be coming from somewhere !! we need more details on this from the Q and a answers tomorrow or this week !

Guys, I have sold half my holding. I may well come to regret this if TK funding is delivered soon but given the last update it seemed there was still an awful lot to do I have recently been burned by another CEO overpromising so I had a word with myself. Seems to me we are at least 3 months away all being well given the to do list - and of course when has it all gone well for Kefi !

The truth is back in June 22 (according to the accounts ) we had zero net cash - £2m cash, £2m short term liabilities. If close was Oct I wasn't worried, at Dec I thought we could squeeze thro - now it might easily be May or Jun e we simply need more cash (unless you believe the hundreds of employees, suppliers of the drilling program, the lawyers and accountants looking at dual listing etc etc do so for free - I dont) - there must be a financing RNS imminently - I still have about £200k invested but dont want to be wiped out by some stupid raise at 0.4-0.5
