FYI - I got a reply from the FCA - they are investigating the announcements early January- fingers crossed BT is toast. !

I don’t care if it’s two months until TK funding - as long as it comes - I DO care if Harry does a discounted fund raise in the meantime-

No Gig but I did also mention suspicious activity on investor bulletin boards like a certain person who appeared a few days before the first settlement was released and has subsequently posted nearly 500 poisonous comments on only one share in just 5 weeks - manipulative boiler room trolls spring to mind.

HH - I sent my email off today - hopefully they do look at what is obviously serious mistruths from a CEO in a very sensitive period and some very suspicious transactions

I think this is the correct email to complain around misleading statements for anyone who is interested - I guess if enough people complain they may investigate.

I share your anger guys but what can we do - LOAM will keep him in place as they have done very nicely out of this and while it stinks to high heaven I doubt you’d be able to prove any inappropriate sharing of information- BT keeps his half a mil salary and no doubt substantial bonus for this “success “ - it has been transformative I guess for everyone who supported him with the 37p fundraise- who knew “success” would lead to a third off that price. In a world 50 years ago he would resign in disgrace but in today’s he will retire to a Caribbean island.

They raised cash at 37p - did they tell those investors their $50m lower end forecast - what a complete disaster - if specially for those who bought at 70p on an incompetent (at best) RNS some heads gotta roll - how can this deal be called transformative to shareholder value - it’s beyond me

Jeez - that’s a lot of stuff to do though you would hope with artars connections that should ease the process ? That said I think it’s an expensive and long process that adds complexity when all we should be focused on is TK TK TK - if Harry comes out in the next couple of weeks with a fundraise and uses this as an excuse I will be livid !

I agree Bishop - in theory a dual listing IS a good idea for all the reasons people have listed however I question the timing - these advisors will not come cheap - lawyers and corporate finance types - and we are low on cash - could this not have waited until we get TK done and all worries about fundraisers are put to bed or if them happen they happen at a higher price point - worried now if TK is delayed just slightly we might all get a nasty surprise - just get TK sorted and all else falls in place - I guess maybe Artar are pushing for it and we have to agree and spend money or lose another few percent off the JV

The market expectations of the trial outcome ahead of the court case - as quoted in several quality newspapers - was upwards of $500m. Ie $500m was the lowest case for historical US sales. BT said the settlement will be towards the lower end so maybe not $ 500m maybe $550’or 600m. Then it’s RoW and then it’s future sales. Of course we give big chunks away but I’d be shocked if we were left with under a billion US - I’m buying like a madman and now have close to half a mil shares - hoping for a few more days to add but worried it might drop tomorrow- good luck all

Ha I wish I was down that much - about 3 times that I’m afraid but I knew going in this was risky as you should have - we go into these shares with potential 10-50 bags we got to accept that they can fall significantly as well.

That said - nothing announced by the company can justify this fall so you need to have patience and the case for investment here is just as strong as it was when you (and I ) invested at 1.5 or 2p

This has been hit because crypto is having a downswing for very obvious reasons but it will come back- blockchain, Mei banking, et all is the future - if we can get 0.1% of that market we will make fortunes but you gotta be prepared that it might not happen. Me I’m adding bits and pieces - bought 8k yesterday- will keep going but liquidity is very very small

I’m very happy with this RNS (having called for an update). Everyone still on board and agreed and a few formal clarification for the EG /central bank to provide - in my view they former MoM was probably trying to extort hence the hold up but now he is gone and it is clear Kefi won’t be bullied we should hopefully get sign off within a month I my estimation

As a point of fact TW has been an insider for months ( since and as a point of opinion while I hope good news is incoming like everyone who has been here for more than a couple of years Harry has a lot of history of disappointment - I think if we don’t get news this week I think it is very poor form.

We deserve and update by Monday surely. Even if it is just a reassuring everything still on track. It will be 3 weeks since the self imposed target for flip sake.

Discounting for time value of money works both ways - yes you should discount future cash flows but equally lost historical earnings should be grossed up to reflect that nano had to borrow, dilute etc because Samsung did not pay the royalties rightly due.

For me the RNS is clear - nano WILL get a royalty for future estimated sales but as a lump sum rather than annual or bi annual payments - I had a small investment here from years ago but bought £100k this morning- this will be at least double in a month - madness in share price action and just a misreading of the RNS - it is a golden risk free opportunity
