Absolutely- but basically the same large amount twice is almost certainly a buy and sell at the same time for whatever reason

Looks like someone bed and breakfasting - taking the capital losses for this financial year for their own tax reasons but buying back same amount - it is chunky though - nearly as many as I have !

Ethiopia is a receiver of billions of dollars of aid and financial support from World bank etc - that would be in danger if they started stripping companies of their assets on very dubious grounds - I think this is all ust a kick up the backside to get it done - something we all want - hopefully by end of week we see 2p

A few points
If the license were taken away - I think highly unlikely because
1.Kefi would sue and probably win given the delays have been solely around the concerns over security/civil unrest - something the EG is responsible for
2. kefi would sue
3. Any 3rd party the license was given to would have exactly the same concerns
4. Even if not they would have to start exploration and development from scratch - they will not have access to Kefis numerous drill results, mine plans that we have developed over the last 8 years or so etc etc - would take at least 18 months to 2 years of intensive work to replicate
5. the contractors Kefi has on board all have stakes in Kefi as they have been given shares over the years as payment for work already done - I cant see tham being too happy with that value going and agreeing to work with 3rd party

Even if that did happen

1. Kefi will sue and most likely win and even if not

2. Saudi assets are worth at least 10 times the current share price irrespective of what happen in Ethiopia so an investment in Kefi is still a multibagger

sensible - a lot of people will be kicking themselves in a few days when this breaks 2p once the agreement is signed - I bought more today not quite at the bottom but for gods sakes the assets here are huge and PROVEN - we have the designs, we have the contractors and the locals ready and willing to move asap - Ethiopia alone is worth around 10 times the current share price - the company has plenty of cash, no debt and throw in Saudi which is bigger than ethiopia and easier to get going in a couple of years - easy money if you are greedy when others are fearful !!

I would suggest the person who posted that very obvious fake web link could be in very serious trouble with the authorities - it is one thing to have an opinion buy or sell but you are not allowed to fake webpages and represent them as legitimate - the plod may be knocking on his/her door very soon

The good thing this time is that they have circa £8million in cash after the last cash raise - enough for over a year if needed - so even a delay of a month or two should have no effect - in previous deadlines it was clear they needed cash and so a raise was imminent - so we have at least a year before any other cash raises even if funding is delayed but all indications seem to be umbrella in 10 days or so and money to flow in September

well final results are next month so some news is coming soon - hopefully it will be good !

It’s as clear as day that no money will be actually sent this month - Harry has said as much as have the RNSs - if you expect that then you will be disappointed.

What Kefis plan is that all parties will sign the umbrella agreement at the end of the month that will legally oblige all parties under certain conditions- mainly to do with EG security of the roads - to fund the mine as the conditions in the umbrella agreement are are met. For me that will be massive and then the ball will be in the EGs court to provide the conditions in that part of the country to enable millions of pounds of investment to be made

But no money will be sent until the EG are able to provide the appropriate security for the roads which in my view they will ( based on tens of thousands of troops being able to be redeployed from Tigray) but of course others may take another view

IF the signing actually happens this month the shares will more than double in a few minutes -In my opinion anyway.

End of year results are irrelevant until we get producing

All we want is the 25 or so people/ corporations who were in Cape Town to sign the umbrella agreement - that is key - that means THEY are happy with the arrangements - you will never get 100% security any here but so long as it’s good enough for them to commit the money then you can expect your investment to triple within a day

Harry has been awful for this share, his constant over promising and under delivering has meant that each fund raise hs been at rock bottom prices and there has been no plan B at any stage to deal with inevitable disruptions.

Having said that to have a £20m enterprise value on a company with over a billion in gold equivalent assets is clearly mental - a signed agreement this month will see this triple in the morning with lots more to come s other milestones are met

Well its clear the syndicate are ready to go following the Cape town meeting and just wanted security concerns addressed - understandable if you are spending tens of millions of pounds on equipment you would want to have secure roads for transport of machines and of course people - seems like with the end of the Tigray conflict the EG are moving to offer the security required as more and more troops become free - could be a very profitable few weeks if all goes to plan
