Will do over the weekend- he has said it several times over the years in his quarterly updates - the man is a complete charlatan- but if it’s more urgent just look bank on the Kefi board a year ago and 2 years ago and you will see the sales conversations - mega rampers certain it was true and anyone who raised any doubts was an idiot - well that was when there were ALOT less shares - just be careful and don’t be drawn in by these new posters who don’t even have a basic history of this share - as for charts well again look at Zak’s predictions on Kefi at any point over the last 3 years - he has done it many many times and he has always been wrong !!

Yes an update would be good it is dragging on - course many said the same about the FCA approval and then we got it out of the blue so here’s to next week ! Good luck all

Sorry mate but he has said that twice that I remember over the last couple of years - that’s why the market does not react to what the man says - he has promised exactly the same things in webinars before and it never happened - check out the one in Feb last year I think when he said it was 100% done by May !!!

DVH - I actually respect your posts - you have been here awhile like tintin and others and its fine if you think Harry might deliver this time - what I hate is newbies like PP coming and posting hundreds of posts confidently full of misinformation clearly trying to entice more gullible people onboard - highly suspicious to me - we have seen it before with Positiv eVibes and others just before a fundraise - for example Harrys salary alone takes up ALL of the cash the company had as of 2 months ago - how are we to get over the next 3 months if everything goes to plan or if there is a delay do you not expect further dilution ?

Cant wait for the update in a couple of weeks - they paid off tens of million of debt last time, expect similar this timepost Covid, and once the market knows there will be no significant dilution or indeed any dilution - 50-100% rise in the next 3 months - imo

nope - i'm trying to save people being sucked in to people like PP ramping with nonsense like the EG certifying our investment at £60m as "news" - it was done YEARS ago - as I have said before it is a complete risk - I'm a gambler so I anm in a a penny but have seen lots of people lose money on this - it was at 170p pre consolidation FFS - board is a joke - the ops team are very good - danger is loss of TK licence in next 3 months mean it is valueless - I'm ok with that as its a gamble but not sure everyone here is

also the SA funding is NOT "sorted" - how dare you make such a dishonest statement - yes our partner is a very rich family but there is no PEA, no JORC and then bank /gov finance needs to be sorted - quite a few years down the line and requires cash to develop - where is Kefi gonna come up with the money -

fraid not, they have conditional funding from 2 banks but is conditional on local equity investors which has been the big stumbling block for the last 3 years with a number of potential "blue chip" investors not being able to come up with the cash - now the banks and new equity investors require satisfactory security guarantees which kefi admit will take months at the earliest and there are no guarantees given the domestic situation - in th emeantime Kefi had $500k in cash to pay for everything as of 2 months ago so obviously need to pay salaries, exploration / dev costs so another fundraise in the next 3 months is a real danger - and thats if everything goes well !!

yep - been coming for 5 years or more and has always been "next quarter " - where were you 3 years ago, 2 years ago, a year ago when the same promises were made and that was before the civil war, the war crimes investigation etc etc

Of course very true but Harry abs his genius finance director always raise at rock bottom prices ensuring millions of shares for themselves and their cronies while PIs get slaughtered- they have had five years of financing being just around the corner but it always falls through - no plan b,,short term cash at 25%, exhorbitant fees to brokers and just more promises - we can do nothing about it as they have all the shares now abs we are powerless when they award themselves huge bonuses for delivering nothing to the people who pay them.

Or there will be another fund raise, project funding delayed til Q3 but we really really mean it this time honest guv oh and Harry will probably award himself a massive bonus - down to 0.4 or 0.5p - no one believes Harry - if it is the placing shares why oh why would people much closer to the detail than us sell at 0.8p if as you all suggest they are gonna be worth 3 /4/5 times as much in a few weeks - dot get suckered in guys - if you are already in strap in and hope but dont "believe" - HArry has duped to many "nervous nellies" for too long

Lets hope so PP but please stop trying to ramp it up to people who may not know better - the phraseology you use "clearly just the very beginning" - no basis in fact - could quite easily drop another 50% as it has down in the last few months.

HAving the rich family n Saudi hasnt exactly helped us so far - we have lost a quarter of our share their in the last couple of years - from 40% to 30% and probably more to come if we are to try to keep our share of exploaration and development costs - I'm sorry but in my time here I have seen dozens of posters like you come along - in and try to pump it up with huge amounts of posts about things everyone here knows but without the background or knowlede of the people or what has happened before - Positive Vibes remember him guys - called it 4p within weeks when we were about 1.8p with hundreds of posts - I think Kefi knocked the positivity out of him ! PP just give it a rest - nothing you can write will move this - no one believes Harry and until he actually delivers legally binding finance - not assurances, not promises , not forecasts etc then we are stuck here - thats my last post for a while - all the best everyone I really do hope this works for us but Harry has gotta go in a few weeks if he hasnt delivered

Sorry PP but you are misreading the RNS - perhaps just rose tinted glasses rather than any deliberate misreading but it is quite clear
" remains in good standing (for expiry per the terms of issuance in 2035) subject to TKGM's on-going compliance with the regulations and the MoM's requirement for TKGM to re-confirm by 31 January 2022 that it has procured the necessary Project finance" - it HAS to secure financing to remain in good standing or it can be revoked as the EG have done with dozens of miners recently as I said - we have until the summer and the EG could revoke the licence if their patience has run out (as mine has) all the other stuff you mention has been announced several times before in previous years (the "advantage" of being a long suffering shareholder - The bank of ethiopia signed off the historic spend about 2 years ago for example (albeit a slightly smaller amount as the spend has increased subsequently) so no news there, nor the JV with the govt - it has always been set up this way - the higher share of the project is simply because he has been unable to secure any other equity participation several years and many failed partners down the road - the EG have done their end of the bargain but are constantly let down by Kefis inability to have a plan B or C when they hit a road block and merely reset and dilute and head down a blind alley once again - hopefully hopefully hopefully it works this time but to present the current situation as something unique that has never happened before is wrong - we have been in this position several times over the years with HArry promising imminent finance closing before it falling through and diluting us to pay his huge salary - this time however that option goes and we lose the licence altogether

The ministry gave the initial deadline to revoke the license at end of Jan 22 if funding was not closed - as publicly announced at the time - I was just fearing they would pull the trigger then as they said they might.

After conversations at the end of Jan - no doubt with Kefi saying the SoE made the closing impossible the Ministry agreed to extend by 6 months or so - the danger and indeed the liklihood is IF they dont close financing this time (as opposed to all the other times they have missed) - they will lose the licence to TK - that is the danger and it is right to point that out to any new comers here - I certainly hope they can close but we have been let down before
