Harry and Leech have their million dollar bonus from the last fundraise - as I predicted - nice Xmas for them- and another 6 months of money to continue taking the shareholders for a ride and 50k a month salary - and still no finance resolved with drawdown in H1 2026 apparently - worst CEO and Chairman - on AIM amongst a packed field

Best for it to go bust sooner rather than later and then maybe there will be a legal case against the people who ramped this ponzi scheme - some of them made millions off the back of honest PIs - truly disgusting

Electric Lion that is false - I specifically said back in May I think that no money would be needed until Oct when they will be circa 7-8m in debt and will need more then. They made about 1m I guess on the warrants so could push out a couple of weeks but equally their liabilities to harry and leech just jumped a million so right about now they are running on fumes - but I agree they people who bought around .6 or .7 have made some paper profits - I'm suggesting they might be in for a Halloween surprise!

Financing isn't locked in or agreed as many on here keep reiterating falsehoods - what Kefi have is in essence a mortgage offer on the basis they can raise 30% of the equity from various investors. Harry says this is conditionally agreed ( what conditions?) but more importantly he has said that before and nothing has come to pass - the market does not trust him for very good especially as he times his announcements just perfectly to ensure he and his CFO gat their massive bonus and they STILL don't have finance agreed - . Kefi have no money and will need to raise soon - they are spending money hand over fist and don't have access to the bank loan yet

At normal run rate of spend after the last raise Kefi had until October before it hit the minus 7m in the bank which historically has triggered a fundraise. If they were able to sell their share of Saudi for 10m or so that would obviously see it into q2 next year - the one unknown though is how much they spent of the initial moving of some of the families that was supposed to happen after the finance had been sorted but that now Kefi has taken the cash hit for - if it was say half a million that would speed things up a few weeks

The problem is as always is that Kefi were still around 2m in debt after the last fundraise and now is more like 5m - after the last 3 or 4 months expenditure - historically they have waited until they were 7-9m in debt before fundraising so they have 2 or 3 months left . If financing or Saudi sale happens in sept/oct they should be able to ride it out but if delayed beyond October expect another raise.
