I was afraid this would happen - aleph effectively own the company now - either the new loan is approved in which case they basically slowly bleed the cash and the assets slowly or the new loan is rejected and they take over as the major creditors in an administration - either way shareholders are gonna be wiped out - id salvage what i could now - shame on the board for their failure

I respect your pov and loyalty but i dont think they deserve it - they have spent over a year trying to get rid of an asset , they have a going concern issue unless the get over 3 million dollars and there is a loss making business without any board explanations - glad i got out circa 4p but best of luck to you all

Its very sad to see the state of sdx - to think there was a takeover bid 18months ago for 5 times the current price - adelph have destroyed this company but how the board let them i now have suspicions - far too much of these shenanigans in small caps

Certainly artar can legally takeover the saudi assets rught now for around 8-12m, around 4 or 4 of which kefi would have to pay back for their outstanding loan feom artar. Please do your research before throwing good money after bad. With current total debt around 9m a raise is due very soon - before mid sept in my opinion - and these latest RNSs are just an attempt to raise the share price like last time

Its insane our share is suspended with so much going on - when this opens up who knows where the price will be

Speaking for myself I am frankly astounded and massively impressed by the speed of the progress in MAru. I wish it wasnt suspended so I could buy bag loads more. I think the speed and relative complexity of some of the transactions - minority interest calculations, acquistion accounting, deferred consideration, intangible an dgoodwill calculations - would be difficult for a large accounts team to get all the various calculations, estimates and disclosures correct - I imagine Maru only have a small team and so it will take time - all wooden dollars though - what is important is that th ebusiness continues well and that is happening

Amazes me how many people just hear the ramps but not the cold hard facts as published and audited.

As at 1 Jan this year there were liabilities of over 9m - also net losses runnning at 8m per year so around 4.5-5m so far this y3ar - 5m was raised in March but that means liabilities are again circa 9m - a raise is inevitable in very short order - probably why harry is in the UK soon

As an interested observer I can't see how prem is a going concern at current spod prices - yes when it was 3-6k but at under 1k it is loss making even if full scale sc6 production were to start tomorrow never mind the debts - all is lost for PIs in my opinion so better to get out with something but of course some will go down with the ship - another AIM disastern- surely the regulators need to stem this abuse of ordinary shareholders from lying CEOs

Well the Board have now wiped out two sets of PIs in under a year but maintained their salaries and their options and bonuses so they have shown themselves very bad for PIs health - if you still want to believe in fairy tales go ahead but this board will screw small shareholders without a seconds thought and should in my opinion be avoided like the plague

That may or may not be true but there is clearly and has been for some time serious issues with the financing and what is certain is that kefi currently have debts of circa 8m pounds so a fundraise soon is inevitable

Sorry to say but the delay in this sale has been extraordinary - it can't be a good sign and Aleph will probably force a discounted placing to get its money back- with ongoing growth loss making activities I can only see wipe out for shareholders but hopefully I'm wrong.
