You are probably right regarding punters and at length investors but there is something very very wrong and in fact illegal when the people doing the shorting have inside knowledge and use their position as convertible bond lender to manipulate the share price down while benefiting - not to mention the shorts and the TR1 transactions were hidden - Anavio and Mr Sacchetti are due huge fines and time in jail

Well yes the Kingdom is controlled by MBS but the Saudi assets of which Kefi is a part are 75% controlled by Artar - kefi owe Artar at least 3.5m pounds and probably a chunk more . If kefi cannot keep up their share of exploration costs Artar have the right to buy Kefis 25% ( so they most likely can take that option right now if it suits their purpose) . These are facts that is public domain rather than wild dreams of a takeover that make no sense as Artar can take all these assets whenever they want unless Kefi can stump up millions in exploration costs to maintain. Their percentage but for that to happen there would need to be billions of shares issued -

Yeah a takeover makes absolutely no sense - Saudi is controlled by Artar who are able to tale Kefis share any time they like for around 10 or 11m quid while Ethiopia is so attractive that it has only taken 5 years to get to this stage with maybe possible funding at some point honest guv.

The KSR-21 well, which was successfully drilled and tested in Q4 2023, has now been tied into existing infrastructure and will begin producing as soon as the expected government approvals are received, which are envisaged shortly. They said in that RNS they needed a govt approval and would update the market when they got it and were producing - no such update has taken place

Rob - a month or two back I was abused because everyone assumed the drop from 27% to 25% of Saudi was to pay for the 3.5m owed to artar. I pointed out that the RNS was vague on the point and asked Harry in the last interview- he declined to answer - but it came out later I was correct.

Now re financing cost - please ask him tomorrow what is the effective interest rate on these loans - surely we agree that is a vital component of any valuable but the only reference I can see is 8% discount rate. My contention (among many) is that this is actually closer to 15% I. Current market conditions and you must agree that halved the proposed NPV - just ask him and see if he gives you a straight answer

I just don't trust a board who have completely failed to deliver what they said they would and have stayed completely silent on the fact - even if they pull out a great deal tomorrow I just can't trust them to meet their word going forward and so for me I can't invest in them.

Mr candles you will see no FOMO - while gold prices may have increased they can easily drop just as quickly as supply ramps up to take advantage but fixed financing at 14-15% (nearly double what Kefi has said it will be ) on 320m kills any commerciality.
