Who approved it in the first place and on what basis - oh yes Mr Leach who pocketed 300k plus - frankly the only reason Kefi isn't bankrupt now is the gold price has tripled in the last few years raising hopes TK is profitable - something to that Harry has zero impact on.

Given the gigantic loss of value here over the last 18 months or so is there any appetite for litigation against George for misleading RNSs a la COPL ?

That's just the tip of the iceberg - they have doubled their already huge salaries - for what

Sold half of their biggest asset for 6m

Got a loan with an interest rate between 50-80 percent ( nice work Mr Leach)

Paid millions in finance admin fees for their brokers and advisors

No finance agreed on TK in fact one was agreed and now they are reconsidering/ reviewing

I estimate already 2-3 m in debt with sale of last bit of Saudi murky at best but certainly not imminent

At the very least Harry and Leach should refund their bonuses as totally undeserved.

Page 62 in annual report 300k salary, 173k other salary, 185k bonus in shares, 75k bonus in cash = 733k in 2024 - up from 362k in 2023

Alanis - his salary is not 733k but that is what he was paid in 2024 according to the annual results just released - it's in black and white in the remuneration report - just look

1plus 1 - I said that before the 7.6m raise a couple of weeks ago so I was completely correct and consistent with what I am saying now with minus 2m in net current assets. Was also correct on the need for an imminent raise which you said was nonsense until it happened two weeks later

So from what I can see

Management have paid themselves massive salaries and bonuses and consultancy fees (WHAF) for achieving the square root of bugger all.

The CFO appears to have a bridging loan from wonga paying 2.4m a year in interest on a loan of 4.3m.

Harry has paid himself 733k in 2024 while Mr Leach has paid himself 354k - how insane is that - no wonder placings are happening every few months

1.6m to themselves in consultancy fees

0.4m in bonuses ( for what! )

Up from 1.2m in the previous year - why ?

The losses exploded to 12m ( the headline number is lower only because they sold 11.5% of Saudi for 6.8m ). So basically a million spend per month - and that excluded the TK staff as their costs are capitalized on the balance sheet.

They had current assets of 720k versus current liabilities of 9.4m FFS - so 8.5m net debt before the December 24 fundraising which raised 5m and the recent one in May which raised 7.6m - so if they are still spending like a drunken sailor at circa 1m a month then the cash position is circa minus 2m as of now - how long before Harry has his begging bowl out again - 3 or 4 months maybe certainly before the end of the year. You guys best hope you can get it over the line soon but the level of rewards for failure and incompetence is staggering. Even if finance is achieved I think the history of this lot will ensure they get the benefit rather than the shareholders

So while they get richer and richer you guys are getting screwed -

Everyone should just STFU - polite requests for information are probably the enemies of honest shareholders - tell them nothing no hints no clues no information at all

I think 30 bagger is certainly possible

Apologies if I've been vocal the last couple of weeks but I saw exactly what Harry was doing and tried to warn some pis - I'm gonna go in hibernation again with this share - wish u the best but don't ever trust Harry and Leach - literally have diluted the shareholders 99.9 per cent while taking massive salaries. In all seriousness I wish you the best of luck if you can get this set up - at the very least it would indicate to the Board you can't keep screwing PIs without consequences and the whole PI world would be cheering you on.

If the CEO is messing up like Harry has you should raise the issue with the Chairman as in any good corporate governance.

Ha - compare and contrast Harry with Jason brewer - one takes 300k a year for 10 years to deliver nothing - the other 70k to deliver 2 working mines worth billions and 2 more close to production - within 3 years - Harry is a joke

Well rocket where are the TR1s in that case - the institutions probably forward sold knowing the raise was coming after the latest pump and dump like I said to make a nice 15-20% no risk profit leaving duped PIs holding the bag again - cheered on by the resident rampers none of whom has had the decency to say sorry
