Yeah they no doubt would want to extend the loan unfortunately it’s not their choice the lender can call in the money as of two days ago so there is probably going to be a painful dilution unless they can get circa 5 million quid from someone else

If financing is agreed the share price will immediately retake to 3-4 p and with SA getting better day by day the dilution in 2 years time to fund TK will be very small - as you must know or else you haven’t been reading the RNSss

Still if it did happen Kefi would still get some value via sale of its IP eg the JORC, mining data etc - as it did with its Turkey assets to whomsoever ends up with the licence

LTH have already lost nearly everything and I agree there has been huge value destruction and lost potential via mismanagement. I would however contend we are where we are - no point going back over old ground or we'd be hear all day ! Well I think everyone, LTHs in particular, will agree Mr Adams and Mr Leach are two incompetent greedy spivs with their noses in the trough and as you and many others have said in the past the duel role is terribly poor goverance. I would love to see new blood come in and sort this out

The fact though you are missing is that the assets Kefi owns are proven resources - yes proven - worth several hundred million pounds (possibly over a billion if SA keeps expanding as is as massive as holders hope)- against that the market cap is a mere £19m - thats why I invested again

Well I have no idea what the SR fool said as I binned him - not because he's negative - I have been many times in the past and am happy to keep people like FT as they can have valuable info and can warn off people from equally disreputable rampers like positive vibes - I just cant bear the ramblings of a idiot illiterate child (which is a bit unfair as clearly English isnt his first language but god does he strangle the language !). Anyways stay away if you cant lose 50% of your investment from here but it could 4 or 5 bag in a couple of months IF things pan out as hoped - you pays your money you takes your chances

Would be good if the company in their Q&A or in an RNS clarified formally the status of the licence of TK - last RNS was a bit woolly and needs you to read between the lines.
