RE: Strong buy28 Mar 2023 21:02
As a long term holder and one time owner of 2% of Kefi ( about 4 yea res ago when there were only 400m shares in issue) and As I mentioned a few weeks ago I sold down most of my stake recently and am now out completely - nice little rise helped me liquidate. I did the same a year ago when the shares went suddenly up to 1.4p just before the big dilution while many thought I was mad.
I could be wrong this time of course but I think closing of the financing is at least 2-3 months away and it is not certain with the current banking crisis.
In the meantime I think it is beyond dispute that Kefi must have liabilities of anywhere between 7-10 million pounds depending on how much has been spent on development, the staff costs (now massively higher than in prior years , expensive advisors etc)
We know that RAB ( 90% RAB or another shareholders) have been providing cash flow loans at a horrible rate circa 20% - as they did this time last year so if they request to convert into shares that could be billions that need to be issued.
I strongly suspect that like last time the share price suddenly and unexpected rose from 0.6 to 1.4 in April last year that this has been manipulated and you will see a large dilution in the next fortnight or so with promises on the cusp of a deal etc - and that may be true - at least as much as Kefi can have control of such things - but there is a 20-25% dilution coming - we will see
