Didn’t sell recently- just on the megadays a month ago but glad someone did -

As I say it was for a couple of days and then the spike went from 0.6 to 1.8 in a matter of hours so I when I sold some it was down to 51 or whatever so inhad to announce- up to 65 now - 71 is the next time for a tr1

Now it’s about 0.6 - was 0.4 before I cashed in a few and bought some more

Mate I’m up over a million quid on this - and am staying in hence no TR1 as others have speculated - I had 75m shares for a brief period and then the interview and the spike happened and I took some off the table - so free and easy - building again - don’t be surprised if there’s a TR 1 with an increase soon.

Now CMC have joined as brokers (one of the worlds biggest gambling/CFD providers) I thought I'd mention a fact many PIs dont know about.

If you have shares via an intermediary such as ii or HL - they earn fees by lending YOUR shares to short sellers to errr hit the price of YOUR shares !

The way to stop them is to put in a Sell Limit Order at a price far above current price. As the shares are "On order" the intermediary is not allowed to borrow to sell to shorters

I suspect the downward pressure this am was CMC doing just that - so if you dont want someone to use your shares against you you know what to do :)

I didn’t know there was a telegram group - how exciting-

As I’m sure you know all the RNSs are logged with the FCA and you have to send them a copy before it goes to market.

Now in the RNS they “blame” the FCA sickness- now if that wasn’t true I’m sure they wouldn’t have allowed it to go out.

Also they have provided the testing documentation for the stage after acceptance into the sandbox. Now I don’t know why they would do that if there were concerns of them not being accepted but you or anyone else can take a counter view if you like. For me it was GST saying we are ready and would have been approved if not for the sickness issue and I am acting accordingly- whether I can buy at 1.2 or 1.4 won’t make much of a difference when it’s 5-10p !!

Well of course you cant be certain either way where the share price will move in the short term (or indeed the long term but if you do research you can make yourself comfortable enough to ride the ups and downs ) but you can be certain of is you will definitely lose 7% or so on the spread every time you do that - I prefer to buy and hold like my hero Warren

Zag good luck to you - if you can make money when every position you take you automatically lose around 7% then you are better than Buffett !!

Just a question for any traders - I don’t understand how you can make money consistently in a share like this given the large spread - sure you can get lucky but You need a 10% move to make about 2-3% - the brokers make the rest - so how does it make sense. I can understand more a big FTSE giant with tiny spreads and massive volumes but not illiquid large spread minnows ( though hopefully not a minnow for long )

Also worth pointing out (again!!!) we are already FCA approved for our FX business and we have an EU crypto licence - this FCA application is another (important) piece of the jigsaw for a complete portfolio but we are already revenue generating, cash solid , FTSE business not a cash scrapped AIM one trick pony.

So the company and the FCA have signalled we are on track for approval into the sandbox. The company have changed brokers in anticipation of increased visibility.

Fully funded for a year and last fund raise (before all this progress) was 2.1p - 50% ahead of where we are now. I'm continuing to buy but thank god for the sellers :)

Why not Lloyd- seems like a holding pattern to me ahead of news - if it’s good news in the next few days 3-5p is likely- if not I’m sure 1p is in play - seems entirely sensible the market is waiting for what the message is. You gotta be in it to win it

I think everyone is in who wants to be in. News could come potentially tomorrow or Friday though more likely early next week. Maybe a few last minute punters will arrive - gonna be a big move either way depending on news - acceptance would be brilliant, even if there is a negative I suspect it will be more - these are the things you need to work on type rejection so more likely a delay but hopefully we will sail through and get to building and scaling the business.
