Yes but they didn’t issue the shares for free they got 70% or so of the prevailing price - had they issued 75m shares at 1.35 there would have been zero dilution- the fact they did at 1p means the dilution is 1.3% - clear ?

On reflection this deal was probably agreed a few weeks ago to raise £750k with whoever it is has bought because we need the cash for an acquisition or whatever at an agreed discount to the prevailing price over a number of days (that's how these things are usually done )

I imagine the Board thought we'd be in the sandbox now and the share price would be higher but the delay due to FCA sickness has cost us a bit but only 1.3% dilution so no great deal

Dilution to current shareholders is 1.32% - just for perspective - 30%ish discount for 4.4% of the share capital = 1.32%

Well I think I'd like a bit more of an explanation from the company - they said just 6 weeks ago they had enough funding for the year so I imagine it isnt for opex more either a purchase of a company/piece of technology that will help them when in the sandbox - but I would like that clarified

Also perhaps someone can help me here - if the company needed 750k why did they not just sell the treasuryt shares on the market over the last week or so - would have raised the - 60m shares at 1.3ish ??

Well I tried to buy for 45 mins at lunchtime and there was nothing - - eventually got 12k worth - will add again tomorrow hopefully

I’ve got cash - problem is there aren’t that many shares available !!

Good luck Zag - each to their own hope you make a packet - just be aware that although they said end of May they (the FCA) may wanna get it done before the bank holiday so late next week is also in play for the announcement in my opinion

Splat - all the newcomers see the price going from 0.3 to 1.8 and say it must drop but what they dont realise (because they have done zero research) is that it only went to 0.3 briefly due to the convertible loan situation and no news for 6 months or so on the application to the FCA. Prior to that we were at 1.5 to 2.3p without any of the FCA stuff.

1.3p is a steal -directors paid 2.1p, institutions paid 2.1p - this is easy 5p -10p short term and if we get some commercial relationships within the sandbox that will seem like small beer - I’m holding and adding - there are some opportunities in life and you only have yourself to blame if you don’t grab them - the wording of the last RNS signalled to me that approval is all but certain and even in the 0.1% chance it wasn’t we would just fix whatever did not pass muster and try again. The market is huge and growing at exponential speed - if you are in and sell out at these levels it will be a (sad) story you tell the kids/ grandkids

There is a small free float and many of the free float is held by true believers like me and splat so I think the brokers are struggling to get a lot of shares to make the market. Any I buy are for holding long term

However, having reviewed the capital requirements of the Company the Directors no longer wish to have the Loan Facility available for utilisation later this year and have therefore cancelled the Loan Facility.

However with CMC now on board - just speculation- but a big player could buy in a chunk at a valuation of 3 or 4 p

MMS can sell more than once if you don’t put a sell order on your shares !!

You can move your funds you know :😀😀😀 - that is strange GST and other shares can do 100-400% in hours - there is always an angle for them to make money out of us - check out Jon Stewart on the market makers - rigged game - one of the richest guys in America feeding off PIs - do research take a position and hold no matter what the shenanigans with price - obviously is actual news changes act appropriately

I think GST is in a different league here. The director bought at 2.10p and expects the market cap to be around £100 million, indicating that we're currently undervalued by £75 million. Additionally, note that we're on the verge of receiving FCA approval for sandbox testing of a stablecoin, making us the first company in the UK to apply for it
