Must be a red flag - eh Lloyd!!

Around 3 months ago I sold up and told everyone that a placing must be on its way, a few weeks later Harry said in a Q&A that a placing wasn’t required as they had access to loan financing and in fact it was just at 50% of previous loan balance so nothing to worry about - I bought back in - totally gutted - Harry has betrayed us again with his mistruths - it’s not the placing per se it’s the fact he says there won’t be one and then it happens - he has zero credibility but he always seems to get his shares and his bonuses and is never diluted like us - very peed off

Well not one to give advice but for me I ignore the share price movement and concentrate on the company and any actual news rather some self interested posts on a anonymous BB - on this the news hasn’t changed - still very likely to be given access to the sandbox as we were when we hit 1.8 a few weeks ago

Pat I agree some news this week - I’m still very confident and have been adding again this morning- bargain prices as buffet says the stock market is just a way to move funds from the impatient to the patient

Beg to differ Zag - the people who bought in at 0.30 or so who have been here for years have a lot more insight into the share, the market and the potential.

I'd have a lot more (ok any!) respect if he provided commentary on the addressable market, the industry dynamics re government regulation, the track record of the Board or even even some proper chart knowledge but he doesnt provide any of that just carps from the sidelines every time there is a slight fall but is nowhere to be seen when the price rises - he is most probably shorting the stock - but that is very dangerous - we could easily get an RNS today or tomorrow

Important to realise as well that we are already earning money albeit at a smallish level of circa a million a year as a small niche player - get into the sandbox and demonstrate our technology and products to potential partners with millions of customers each and we can scale that literally by a factor of 50 or 100 with partnerships and white labels - future is golden

Some people buy in after a large drop expecting a dead cat bounce as just happened - 0.4 is coming next week unless there is positive news.

Last time there was news the price increased 40-50% for 3 or 4 days in a row - quadrupled the share price and then held reasonably steady

While I obviously want positive news in the next few days as it shows continued progress even if it is a refusal/delay I’ll not be selling as I’m convinced this sector is about to explode and we are in a very good spot to benefit through organic growth of the existing business and the other opportunities we have in payment , exchange and crypto- certainly worth many times the 20m market cap but will be an interested spectator for sure to see the SP reaction either way.

In Nov 19 there were 768m shares - now there are 4 billion - see below about 6 times as many (go back a year before that and there were 400m)

My only point is that you cant compare share prices across time when the share base has increased so dramatically as you were saying

KEFI Minerals (AIM: KEFI), the gold exploration and development company with projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announces that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 768,677,258 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights.

Zag you could of course be correct but the last two bits of news were on a Thursday about 6 weeks ago (following an approval meeting presumably) and they were told 11 May initially to expect news (another Thursday) - and now end of MAy - so my guess is that there is a fortnightly approval meeting on a Thursday so tomorrow - I expect a lot of staff will be off next week for BH and half term so I think an intra day RNS tomorrow or Friday - but just my guess.

Unfortunately there are about 10 times as many shares !

About 50% of the shares are in private hands - when this goes, it goes big

It really doesnt matter if its red or blue today, tomorrow or the next day - it just matters IF we get into the sandbox - if that happens we could double or triple in a few days - just like it happened when we were given the green light a month or so ago. I'm very confident - time to take positions because news could drop any time

This is the wording from the RNS cancelling the convertible loan - they never said they were fully funded merely they did not want to use the loan facility any more

However, having reviewed the capital requirements of the Company the Directors no longer wish to have the Loan Facility available for utilisation later this year and have therefore cancelled the Loan Facility.
