COmpletely de risked, fully funded -on FCA track with new products just launched and already earning money, old legacy lost making business ditched - come on GST we want 1p+ today !!!

That is about 3 years funding on a fast growing company within an exponentially growing industry - brilliant - well done keep going guys

I dont think anyone rational can think that stablecoin industry isn't going to grow exponentially in the next few years - we are in the place of owning an Internet company just before the dot.com boom - many happy days ahead methinks - board bought in at 2p nearly 2 years ago before all the investment and progress - 20-50x methinks

I tried a dozen times today to buy shares of any decent size but none were available - surely the MMs are supposed to keep a float but nothing - I suppose that must be positive for a rise but frankly no wonder there is no interest if people can't buy !

The reason it went to 0.3 was because there was death spiral financing in place that thankfully was cancelled - a mistake to enter into in the first place but when the board realised the damage they cancelled. Before then it was trading around this level but before all the recent progress so the only way is up.

The year end results are imminent - last year on 28th July - should get an update on GS20 and angra progress as well as how much we are spending on developing the infrastructure and maybe a podcast or two !

News was literally a couple of days ago and people complaining about lack of news - unbelievable!!!

We should have the final accounts very soon and no doubt there will be some forward looking statements if you can hold on for a few days Ace lol

They already have the licence they just need the ok for the change of control - should be a formality just like when they took over angra they had the same thing - took about 6 weeks

Last time there was positive news like this the share price rose about 60% a day for 4 days in a row - quadrupled in a week - let's hope history repeats itself - good luck everyone

So as at the last interim we had 3.35m dollars and since then have raised another 1.5m so just under 5m

Against this we will have spent money on running and dev costs but of course we should have circa 1 million from angra so I'm guessing circa 4 million dollars cash and zero debt with an ongoing cash generating business even at zero growth ( which I don't expect) so a long way of saying the business - angra, gs20 Exchange etc are only valued at about 5 million quid despite earning a million a year - at this stage and gs 20 just launched - massive potential

Thanks unnd - so its only the interest payments that are convertible at vwap but not the principal ? Because today it seemed that the BH converted two lots of 1.8m of the principal

Dbh - this is why i am confused - and sorry if this is a very simplistic question but effectively isnt the BH is paying 6.5p for shares we can buy at 2p currently - I am clearly missing something so can someone (kindly) explain - thinking of buying more but cant while I dont understand this rather fundamental point ?

You completely misunderstand- I recognise he has said on Twitter he hasn’t sold anything- my point is simply that it’s a huge coincidence that the day he lost 4 or 5 million quid his second biggest investment had a mystery sale of 30 million shares.

That would be completely understandable cash gathering and not a point of concern for copl shareholders- no insider info, no loss of faith from key players etc simply a big investor needing cash urgently. I wish him and all prem shareholders the very best - a huge kick in the nuts so hopefully it bounces back.

I think you need to be quite naive to think he hasn’t already given the carnage at Prem - he has lost around 7 million quid this week which would hurt anyone and it’s totally understandable he would deny certain things at this stage but it does seem very co incidental - he’s probably not alone as there does seem to be a good chunk of crossover in the shareholder groups
