Can someone tell me what the conversion price of the bonds is - I see from the original RNS it was 6.75 being a premium of 15% of the share price - is that still the case ie is it still 6.75p or is it 15% premium on prevailing share price or is it something else ??

My money is still on james goozee selling his 20+ million shares to cover the 60% drop in prem in theladt few days but we will find out in the next few days with a tr1 i guess

You have 2 to 4 days depending on residence for a tr1 so could be Thursday or next Monday

Fact that prem fell 40% today - must have triggered mr goozee to liquidate his huge position here - half of which is highly leveraged and so more than it seems at first sight - In my opinion this is just prem blow back nothing more and a top up opportunity - i did anyway

Fca says it takes 8-12 weeks after initial go ahead for a final decision - week 12 starts today - could be very interesting week. Sadly ive got a good bit of my trading cash in another share where news is expected imminently with tbe next 2 weeks butvonce that comes through ill be able to pile in a lot more atvthis bargain basement price

According to the FCA - approval to sandbox (or not) happens between 8-12 weeks after initial review and acceptance of proposal.

We are beginning week 11 so really it would not be a surprise if it drops any day from now. Given the sickness etc I would think 12-14 weeks so maybe a couple more weeks but WTFDIK

Exactly huge potential on multiple revenue streams. Being located in Singapore with licenses and approvals to operate in the UK and EU offers so many potential partnerships with financial institutions it makes my head spin. Lots to do still and obviously sandbox approval is an important step but the factvthat we are currentlyearning money from Angra and will soon be earning from GS20 all is progressing rapidly.

Great that the BOD are keep us informed and yes i think another round of interviews if and when approval is granted would spark further attention but we are still a minnow with enormous potential for growth in what is unarguably - even by derampers- an industry about to explode and we are positioned in the perfect place atvthe perfect time

As well as the good news on the sandbox application I was also pleased to hear about the roll out of GS20 exchange in a month or two - another revenue stream and another pillar to build the business.

Forget the doomsayers -as I mentioned yesterday the application is in week 10 of the 8-12 week guidance. - if they take 13 or 14 weeks it doesn’t matter so long as we get there in the end - with the regulatory environment as well being perfect this could be massive - my advice if I were qualified to give it would be buy even a grand or two - you might have a lovely nest egg in a years time

Jeez. Lloyd you are amazing not only do you know what I am going to do with my shares when news lands you also know what a person the other side of the world will do with his. Fact is he has bought his latest shares at 2p and you have to assume was completely behind it the pivot to neo banking a few years ago when this journey began so I doubt he like most of us will sell until he believes the share price is at fair value - as sure as sh?t though if he does decide to sell at some point he won’t sell on the open market but to other board members or financial institutions which can only be a good thing

Really roger - can u point me in the direction of this new 6 week rule - in my naive stupid and honest investing career the rule has always been 2 -4 days where any director sales have to be reported and as no such selling has happened i trust you will correct your statement - you cant be unaware it is wrong so why would you say it i wonder

Nice Flava - I’ve got quite a few myself at 10p as well - fewer shares available to shorters the better !

You can see from today’s trading how a few thousand pounds of buys or sells push the share price in a 20-25% range. Imagine what will happen when sandbox approval is granted - the board (who paid 2p) for shares about 18 months ago will not sell and they own around 50% so the free float is small (albeit it was increased a few weeks ago).

The announcement we were eligible to apply sent the shares up 5 fold - actual admission and we would see the same due to heavy demand and very limited shares available. That is why I just don’t care about daily (or hourly!) movements some on this board like Lloyd seen to read so much into - he has predicted about 30 collapses in the last month and we have barely moved.

No one is getting my shares unless they pay me what I think they are worth.

Remember guys - if you have substantial shares set a sell limit order to stop short sellers like Lloyd probably driving down the price - I would love a short squeeze and a positive announcement to bankrupt a few unsavoury characters !!!

They are only doing what you do Zag when the share price dips to 1.1 or whatever - the reality is that we are stuck in a range until sandbox news released but that is coming closer every day - should be 8-12 weeks from when we were given initial approval according to the FCA - we are on week 10 right now so could land any time

The problem as always is no one trusts a thing Harry says. He could say signing was tomorrow and the market wouldnt believe him -

Exactly - the words mean nothing - the main point of the last RNS is that there are now another nearly billion extra shares that Harry and his cronies get while long term holders are once again fleeced.

I will also vote against but I fear as they have most shares from the various dilution sit will not make much difference

Can I just say that although I disagree with his caution and think this can and will go far above 3p in the next 2 months - Zag is one of the most honest posters here and his posts are usually very balanced both ways
