My error, yep Monday do hopefully an update pre meeting :)

Sp collapsed to 2.7p ish before bouncing back to c4.2p and we’re back in that range following the poor Ops update and divi suspension. Next news ? I’ve asked questions to be answered tomorrow, I’m sure others have done the same. Possibly will require an RNS pre meeting tomorrow as some of the info is not in the public domain and some is but it needs much more clarification. Hopefully those that attend the EGM will ask further questions of CC and maybe our new NED who may be there.

EGM is to agree the 2 motions below. I have submitted questions as I can’t be there but hopefully other investors will attend and take the opportunity to do the same f2f.

Re CE cash ? Obviously a delay and hopefully some transparency as to in, out or stalled. If out or stalled, what else is on the table. I’m not particularly fussed as they’ll get full income from the Isatay venture and maybe far more than the $15m net. Hopefully some clarity come EGM, maybe some news before ?

Simple case of no news by mid week and sone PIs will see sp weakness and hope that sp retraces as barge deal drags. SP stuck in a trading range from recent low to Rocket’s 4.2p !! PIs will trade this if they see opp to make a few quid but has zip to do with current value. Needs positive news to boost sentiment, the wait goes on. Hopefully some more info will come from GM at month end, maybe some good news pre the meeting but if no investors attending, no poker faces to read at question time.

A simple question, a simple response. The news is in the public domain a la CH but yep, we should’ve been notified. He already advises the board, something I was unaware of, maybe they’re trying to save RNS dough !

I sense the buying is as a result of ducks being lined up ? who knows but Mr 375k is back as is Mr250k . Probably FOMO playing it’s part

I was looking at the same profile. Probably is the guy and will be interesting to see who’s next as they have suggest more than 1 to join the biz. Something afoot as DD intimates, who knows ?

Thanks for asking about the hip. Hats off to those who’ve had joint replacements and sailed through. I thought this would’ve been a walk in the park but alas, not the case. We’ll get there but new knee only 7 weeks away, maybe a little ambitious and rethink required. Need a bigger dose of PMA, not lacking in that department :)

Casper will always look at opportunities and I suspect the mineral angle was part of the Midiel interest. A question for the board at the GM I suggest.

Sentiment is currently low but as we all know, PIs will start to add again as operational updates get nearer. The CE cash is probably the surprise factor but 802 is the major price catalyst, let’s hope we get lucky :)

Agree BM. It’s currently disconnected from value on MJF/SY and CE alone but some PIs aren’t buying that and others will, especially if sp recedes further. Casper are very good at shooting themselves in the foot and they’ve done a great job over last 9 months.

They may not give a stuff about PIs but if they were to raise cash for anything, the sp is crucial as any dilution hits our KO/WCP the hardest. The PIs are crucial in this game as they dictate the price until they bring institutions in who take positions but that’s not happening anytime soon.

802 is a eureka moment and it’s so crucial for sentiment, as will be the appraisals. Its meant to be the highest COS but they’ve found oil where they didn’t expect to so it’s an unknown quantity but if they do convert at 1000bopd+, it’s transformational. Timing ? any time Q3 but it would be good to understand what part was needed, what work are they going and true current timing to resolve.

And CE cash, shouldn’t have called desk if no proof of funds, that’s a schoolboy error.

Let’s hope Midiel saw a good reason to part with $5.7m and want a few more in open market. I think that’s very unlikely and buying the remaining AM chunk off market, the way to go if they want out.

Typo - Fortunately or unfortunately. Fortunately for those who have sold out higher up and looking to buy back in at lower prices or topslicing and doing the same. Nothing wrong with that, that’s trading. Unfortunately for anyone in at higher prices and leveraged or for those who underwater with averages far higher than current price. If you’re a LTH or an new investor with a long term view, picking up stock from those who want to sell, I see that as a huge opportunity :)

Unfortunately, PIs will trade it and look to make money as they see an opportunity of further weakness if no news for 2 months, that’s an if obviously as no one knows. Nothing to do with value and pure sentiment driving the buying/selling until next episode of Carverspeak. The risk of selling with the objective of buying cheaper is getting caught out by good news like barge sale cash or a left field update. Maybe they’re more advanced with drilling news than we know but currently it’s in Q3, as loose as that. As people sell, sone peeps will be happy to stock up at this level but the TA boys will be hoping to see it revisiting the recent 2.6p low. As I said, nothing to do with share value, just supply and demand, simples. Personally, I’m hoping for a couple of surprises on timings that send this northwards in seconds, we’re long overdue that moment !

Nobody invested here truly wants to cause trouble and damage their investments. Hopefully they listened to a dozen or so investors who gave that feedback so hopefully we get the detailed accurate comms we should have. If you have unanswered questions, the GM is the opp to front them up :)

I’m not concerned about the transaction, as stated, I see it as a positive re a mining rapt manufacturer taking up a chunk. Joe highlighted that they didn’t inform the market in a timely manner, I agree. My point is not to do with that, it’s to do with improving the accuracy of communication .

I think there have been other movements in the share register that weren’t announced over the last year but unless PIs put pressure on for transparency, they’ll carry on taking the mickey. Sone investors think that PIs can’t influence AIM Co behaviour, I believe they can especially if a high% of the FF is held by a low % of shareholders. There seems to be little appetite for this outside several ardent long term holders but if that’s the case, you have to suck up their rule breaking. We’re not asking for inside info, we just want clarity on info published, after all it’s the PIs that largely dictate their value until they start proving up reserves.

We have a GM at month end but I can’t go as won’t be fit enough but those who are have the opp to submit questions, I’m going to send mine via e-mail and confirm they will be read out and answered on the day as I have a legit reason not to be able to do it in person.

As always we know nothing and all PIs can do is speculate. Nobody knew why AMs took Kairat’s stake and why they sold to Midiel. I’m more encouraged that a mining equipment manufacturer is an investor as maybe there could be sone crossover . Why are Daehan the second largest holder, I’ve never understood that, it’s all bizarre . Could be all pals of the WCP but one thing for sure, they’re managing the overhangs without any stock hitting the markets,

Only thing we’re all interested in is success with the drill it and we’ll see in Q3 whether their bad run continues or they break the deep duck and add to the existing shallow production. A nice $22.5m barge announcement would be nice as would the odd surprise ;)
