Those that are looking sideways at this deal need imo to consider the following
Selling thro' Amazon is fine but they would not themselves be invested in the success of the product. They would not be unduly pushing the product or using their considerable skills to advertise endorse and promote the product. Same goes for Walmart etc etc. We need far more than selling agents. What we have now are (based on the previous experience of the boohoo guys) efficient selling agent and advertising agency rolled into one. Furthermore they will be extremely motivated as we are probably currently the only (certainly main) product of the company. Anyone who craves after a big name promoter to get our product out there just take a look at how the PXS deal with DSM has served their world beating product (imo not well). DSM Amazon and those like them will continue to do very well without AVACTA. Much better with a team of eager proven disruptors than settling for second best.
