I trust that you will agree with me when I say that truth is the chemotoxin which I assume you are referring to is one which by arrangement between Avacta and its manufacturers is being combined with affimer technology to form an entirely new affimer drug conjugate.
Now you can take a weasly (I would suggest wrong) view and say that that does not mean the new drug is not based on Affimer technology.

You say calm down re the £5 talk Global but lets be realistic. There are announcements that we are entitled to expect which on the day they are made even if the price is by then still at these levels will no doubt dramatically increase the share price on the same day. By how much is pure speculation but it's fun to speculate.
For example in my opinion FDA sanction for our LFD at specifications acceptable to the beady eye of Klaus will bring us to £5 in a jiff.
So will the partnering of a major for our neutralising therapy.
And there are of course many other juicy nuggets on the near time agenda that we are aware of. Forget the cancer for a mo(did I really say that!)
Then we have the "known unknowns".
I for example am intrigued by the other partnerships which Alistair has referred to in last weeks 1st presentation but which haven't been disclosed.

I'm still all in here. I wish I'd sold at 200 but I didn't so ho hum.
One of these days I must learn a bit more about trading technicalities. I always spot what's been happening in hindsight.
Gap filling is a particular "head palming"one. (why didn't I spot it this time?)
Thing about technical trading is of course that very often the effects of it are no reflection whatsoever on the strength or otherwise of the company.
Genuine shareholders need to wisen up here and the best way to do that is to immerse yourself in the RNS record the two presentations last Thursday and the one in May and the latest written presentation.
That way you will be able to make your own reliable judgement on the calibre of our CEO.
Do not be influenced by the herd mentality of this bulletin board. Try an experiment over the next few days. See how often the share price goes down when sentiment is positive in the morning and vice versa. I bet you'll be surprised!
Oh and just imagine for a minute that the placing had not happened (don't for a minute believe the price drop is materially because of that)and the traders had still done their thing. What then! (rhetorical question).
What the placing has done imo is protected the companys future. If you are holding long term you have very little to fear now. We have enough money to do whatever we want to do. That will still be the case if the price were to fall to what it was before Covid (although it won't of course). Shorters can go so far and no further. They can't scare long termers who have done their homework. Perhaps they can teach a lesson to short termers who have over extended themselves (been there!).
I am lucky I know.
I don't need my funds immediately.
But I am very much looking forward to the next few weeks because I rely on company information - not what I read here!

The AIM market is OK as long as you know what you're getting into when you dip you're toes in.
You have the possibility of mindbending gains provided that you steel yourself to the possibility nay probability of mind bending swings in the opposite direction.
It seems you can't have one without the other so two real choices. Take the swings on the chin or play somewhere else.
