Anyway, back to AVACTA.
I have never in all my years sharedealing come across such a slam dunk!
AS has obviously felt the same way right from the start.
In April he was making it clear that Cytivas manufacturing capacity would not be enough for the LFD.
So it is playing out.
Other testing bulletin boards are getting excited about selling everything they can make.
I think they are probably right although it is obvious without doubt that regular mass testing is where its at and when it comes to mass testing the AVCT LFD will be "The Daddy".
However even if we are the best demand is such that there is plenty room for the rest.
I don't see NCYT or ODX or GDR investors ending up disappointed (and I have never regarded them as competitors but as for us.......We were always going to be over the moon whether by way of operation Moonshot or otherwise.
Only a little more patience needed before the great unveiling.

By the sounds of it this elisa test is hugely sensitive ( maybe the most sensitive test ever?) and therefor not appropriate for mass testing but second to none for research purposes?

I preface my comments on your post by clarifying that I reply as a non medical and a non scientific numpty.
So bear with me please.
1.If the CT cycle on a PCR test is reduced surely the effect is that it would stop identifying lower loads and only higher ones. If this is what you meant to say I might understand your post better in the light of the most up to date sage thinking that identifying low loads of virus and even inactive virus is not an efficient way for a mass testing test to operate.
Horror of horrors it seems that in a mass testing context a test can be too sensitive.
2. Its also now accepted that even leaving out asymptomatic cases entirely of the 9 ish days that most symptomatic people are most infectious two of these days are before symptoms show.
3. Furthermore to further complicate matters (at least in my little brain) I am not sure whether or not viral load always correlates with infectivity.
Like I say the above is outwith my limited understanding but I do know that of all the Covids I know AVACTA is the one who has for the last few months been addressing these and many other testing issues now associated with cutting edge scientific (and now it turns out political) thinking.
Our BAMs test imo will no way need ratification from an inferior PCR test.
Will our LFD test need ratification (preferably by bams. Maybe but in my view the the literature is showing that compared to current testing the amount of false positives (of people who are INFECTIVE) is likely to be very small.

Why don't you jump out of here and in over there and take advantage of the "rise", mortgagefreeman. We'll see if you're happier at the end of the day. You may get a different perspective on AVACTA if you are out of it?

According to todays redemption update from them they notionally divided their assets and liabilities into two pools a redemption pool and a continuing pool.
The assets of the Redemption Pool have now been fully liquidated with the final asset being sold on 1 September 2020.

He starts off trying to debunk the significance of AVCT involvement in Condor.
He starts off with dodgy points avct have not been selected by Condor, their tests are not neccesarily of any more quality than any other test submitted (inferred even if rejected).
He then bizarrely proceeds to try to debunk Condor itself (just another layer of red tape).
Just in case these sage points are not compelling enough and as if he wishes to cover his back he boldly declares that in any event the Mologic Test IS part of Condor!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then things get even more bizarre.
He expects avct to have splurged the headline news about specificity and sensitivity (see my yesterdays post on that subject).
Even better he expects AVCT to have broadcasted commercial details relative to margins between the owners the various manufacturers and the suppliers of the tests.
He thinks it makes no difference that ODX don't own the intellectual property of the Mologic tests!
Bottom line though it was all worth it for Merchant Banker.

I may be wrong but the way I read your post you are arguing that Ophidian got what he deserved. I would suggest that Ophidian is probably perfectly happy not to be posting here and if you and any others involved in the personal stuff are also happy the only losers in the matter are the rest of us who weren't involved.
As regards RK judging by your post (and at least one previous post) one thing that gets to you is the amount of his "likes".
Think about it! There are regular visits by newbies to the board craving info in easily found formats. Rich's posts do that. I "like" them and will continue to do so not to massage his ego but to assist newbies towards helpful posts.

I think his posts are informative especially for newbies and I find his positivity encouraging.
