Wish I had been nimble enough to top up on that dip this morning. So easy for this stock to move. That dip to near -10% this morning is just 5 or 6 sells. Probably one PI reading the news on pulling PCR from travel requirement and not understanding this actually improves Paraytec potential. Must learn to have some cash ready on side to be ready for these dips.

Folks it the antialiasing share options scheme for directors. Last years was in RNS on 29th October. Terms slightly different but they are options to buy at a future date at a fixed price. Completely standard for a listed company to do this. It’s part of the remuneration for employees.

If you consider the potential market value of SNG should the Sprinter 3 trial be a success it would seem obvious that it will be a takeover target. I can't find a reason why it wouldn't. The drug has to fail for it not to be a takeover target.

Any company interested in a working inhaled Covid treatment that is proven to work will have made a takeover decision based on what they know now - what we all know now. It becomes binary when the trial results are published. It would be go or no go rather than go and look into this new English drug firm and find out what they do. They will already be more than aware of everything SNG is worth in a range of circumstances/outcomes.

If it was a whole shortly when the last RNS came out then it surely must be less than a full shortly now.

Activ 2 not big enough for EUA on it's own hence RM stating Sprinter 3 is the trigger for EUA - it will finish ahead of Activ3.

I wouldn't write anything off mind you. Safety data important here too. If it's as safe as it has appeared to be at earlier trials then there is a stronger justification for it to be taken up. Black swans all over the place. Most likely Sprinter is the key.

I think a court would say that the second statement is the correct one and that Castro corrected and added appropriate context by stating that safety data was being reviewed.

So no retraction required.

My risk/reward profile for this stock has shifted towards the reward side but I still appreciate that efficacy was not actually stated and Castro is something of a wildcard.

However if he has shares in SNG he's going to jail. :)

It's easy to ignore advice from anyone who contributes nothing positive. Even discussing why BRH might not succeed could be constructive if supported by something meaningful but this lot are just negative, no useful input, negative, rude, aggressive. Blah blah blah.

Previous trials have shown know safety issues. Hopefully nobody ate the inhaler….

It just compliance stuff. If he said 'still currently being reviewed for efficacy' then that would reduce my immediate enthusiasm but saying so clearly they are reviewing safety - well that surely comes at the end after efficacy.
