SNG has got to be tempting a lot of investors now.

An investor has to assume that P3 is successful. So the closer we get to P3 the easier it gets to speculate that its worth putting funds in here ahead of that. So a steady rise in anticipation fo P3 success very likely now.

Today was a good example. A month ago we would have lost 10-15% from the SP after the announcement about government pre orders of antiviral pills yesterday. We are no longer seen as a nearly ran.

Had Radio 5 on this morning, They had a senior doctor on who said that ahead of Sajid announcement they were under the impression that the 2 drugs would not be available this winter and there was no information about how/when they would be administered to a patient.

It seemed like the Health Secretary either misspoke of shall we say 'spoke politically'.

I see the governments willingness to place these pre orders as a huge positive for SNG. They could not announce anything re SNG yesterday considering that in term of published trial data the SNG trial size is so far very small (although very very good). Only announced advance to Activ 3 yesterday morning so no way we were getting included. But look at the safety data for SNG..... that makes approval so much more likely.

Roll on P3 output.

There are traders ( a broad church) for every share. If you bought some yesterday you could sell for 15% profit earlier today. It's a strategy that works for many. So i'm not discouraged by some selling action as it will never go away.

Goldforefinger. I wouldn't speculate other than to suggest it would be a lot more than the current market cap but a lot less than after a successful P3.

Ghia. Very good point. I wonder if the game here is being ready for a range of outcomes. Ultimately RM's main card is that he has decided that the drug works. That + trial strategy + getting EUA approval + getting orders and production moving all de risk everything that happens after that. But a buyout proposal could come along anywhere on the timeline depending on what the buyer wants to do.

I worry about SNG going to market as the efficacy of the drug can get lost in the production mechanics and market politics and bigger players have a very very strong hand.

Having said that I will be happy with any outcome after a successful P3 announcement. And for humanity too.

One offer from one interested party is very high risk for us investors. Too binary and buyer could pull out at any time for so many reasons.

The fact that they have had more interest from other parties (plural) as highlighted in the recent RNS de risks this for me.

I still think they will run the JV and sell materially everything else.

Offer conditional on P3 posible?

Buy out of SNG ahead of P3 results quite unlikely if you consider the risk of scratching that investment off the balance sheet immediately if the trial is not successful.

However - that seems quite low risk now. So could be attempt to buy out SNG ahead of P3 and that would be a lower bid than after P3, assuming P3 is successful.

I think SNG are good at poker and would wait until after P3 as they have confidence in the product.

I think for us loyal investors it's very hard to decide on an exit point for this type of company. I can see the SP remaining volatile even after successful P3 as SNG tries to navigate getting the drug to market. A buyout would help me a lot in that respect.

This is huge. We know that activ not afraid kick drugs that don’t work off the trial. This is going to generate a lot of very positive noise.

No joking kiwi - I think you may just have described something close to a possible outcome shortly after Activ 2 progression and or P3.

It has to be on the radar for big pharma.

bbrq648. Yes the late reported trade for 100k was a buy I agree. It only shows as a sell because it's late reported and closer to the bid at the time of publishing. Not down to the MM's.

However that was the missing buy after there was a sprint of about 225k sells just before and means that the full 225 was hoovered up just afterwards.

Well there was a nice 100k buy about 20 mins ago but there was also a £120k sell an hour before that. Plenty of other fairly large buys and sells. Not bad volume. However in fact plenty of liquidity hence the SP settled where it is. MM's are NOT running out of shares.

Look at an intraday chart like on Google Finance. For a low cap, low volume share like BRH you can more or less see every single trade and whether it is a buy or a sell. I can't tell anymore if you lot are just on the ramp or can't see what I see. I should just switch off, set a SP warning and come back when it's over 40. Everyone take an aspirin.

Genuinely interested if anyone has any actual information about BRH to share.

Been in the same trading range for a while now waiting for news. I haven't seen anything new for the last week or so. My view of BRH doesn't change based on the lack of new info for a week.

This share only needs 3 or 4 trades in any direction to make it move so it might be quiet now but a lot could happen fast.

But i can't see anything interesting in todays trading so far.
