Judge I have been judged and bow down to your judgeyness but frankly the nonces I speak of don’t believe a word of what they are writing. They are just here to be difficult.

A few nonces around last few days looking for a lower entry point or some such. Why would anyone change risk strategy because someone thinks the SP didn’t go up much after the last RNS. For the umpteenth time the company cannot be accurately valued until after the JORC + details on the sale are available. This will be a significant event (or not. My money my risk). We are here because we think there is a good chance of a significant restate.

Now go do something more useful with your life.

I don't think it's odd. Without knowing the content of the soon to be published JORC or the value of the potential asset sale it's impossible to value the company.

The big take from todays RNS is that the interested party from May has completed it's due diligence. A formal offer my be about to land.

I think misstestes needs to write to EUA every day rather than us. In truth it's the process of the sale (under NDA, protecting market sensitivity etc.) that prevents us knowing the answers to absolutely everything. There is only so much you can know and research on EUA.

More interesting is that todays fairly standard RNS is a prelude to more frequent comms. I now expect a formal offer and if the JORC is published and shows a substantial increase in assets it could get interesting for the SP.

To be clear I am not a rampy investor. I would be happy to get +50% on my investment (actually I wouldn't be grumpy with even less than that) but like so many others it's nice to dream about other outcomes. Who knows!

Always get a dip in the SP between news. I'm actually quite pleased to see it's holding up around 30 but it can't defy gravity forever and might drift until news comes. If the next news is a delay it will drop.

I keep reflecting on what we know of the Covid test and the potential of that IP and the IP in the hands of some of our other investments. I also reflect on the significant dividend last year from the RMS sale. I still sense there is profit to be made here if I can remain patient.

If at some point in the future there is a very large dividend from EUA and the only thing I had to do was sit on my arse and patiently wait …… then I think in hindsight I would be very pleased with that outcome. You don’t have to watch the can being kicked.

No. The JORC will be Published and there will be an RNS. The buyers own due diligence will not be published.

Doesn’t work like that. Considering the huge amounts involved, feelings don’t come into it. Today’s RNS basically announced that EUA is expecting a firm offer any day now so if any other parties are interested they better get a one on. Tells the preferred buyer to get a move on too.

I hope you get your winter holiday. I admit I have higher hopes for November than i would usually allow myself. Over time I have found that my biggest mistakes have been when I have sold too early thinking a share wasn't going to deliver. Being patient doesn't always work though and I found it takes practice on my part.

The last RNS stated where the test was and from that it is clear that it is still in play. We are awaiting news. This does not mean I have a crystal ball telling me that it will be a commercial success for BRH but I have zero reasons to change my risk appetite just because it hasn't happened fast enough for those who don't have as much patience as I do.

I don't agree with you that investment relies on data. Sentiment is a huge factor in AIM and it won't take much to move this SP - a lot. Yes data too but not exclusively and many AIM investors make a lot just by selling before an RNS.

But yes at some point it would be good to get some more news. I'm well within expectations today as I had assumed we wouldn't get anything new until November unless someone comes along and buys the IP.

Jedi - I think it's murky in the sense that the lists of buys and sells are inaccurate but that's because a calculation on where the trade price sits within the spread is used to 'guess' if the trade is a buy or a sell. Much better on AIM stocks (where volume is not too high) to look at the daily chart as you can see every trade and what impact it has on the SP. Just my view but I no longer look at the trades table in LSE. Google Finance chart is good as shows time and volume against every reference point on the chart. Works for me.

I can never find any evidence of MM manipulation so I now always dismiss talk of it. I would be interested to see any actual evidence though. Not trying to be controversial and I know a lot of PI's say they see it.

Truth is the current SP is attracting plenty of active buy and sell action. All good. There is liquidity so the MM's are not having to move the SP around to get the market moving. If we assume that investor interest now increases the closer we get to the main event then sellers will dry up somewhat and we go up to attract more and get more liquidity. A nice patient ratcheting up of the weekly SP would be just perfect.

It seems obvious to me that after the SP has gone up that there will be profit taking and that's what we have here. We are here to make a profit - yes? Every investor has different strategies. There is also a lot of interest in building positions at these levels. LTHs will be very pleased as will those with shorter term objectives.

There’s not a lot of uncertainty left this side of the trial results. Highly likely that last patient dosed RNS will be November, certainly this year. After that the timetable to publishing the results will be de risked too. Polygons MO is to invest in ‘event driven’ stocks and to find ways to do so. SNG is a very good bet right now and very hard to find something of comparable potential. Polygon are loading up because the event is near and they won’t get as much value if they wait till later.

Clearly the more they have the more leverage it gives them in a number of potential scenarios but the priority for them IMO is to be big in SNG when the big event arrives.

It seems odd to me that so many of the trades for the last couple of weeks are in the 10’s of thousands. Buys and sells. There are relatively few of anything else.

There has been a lot of buying with 30/50k chunks recently too so it looks to me like the same trader/traders in and out rather than a someone selling. They can’t have made much though considering the spread. It is a bit odd.

Would have expected Paraytec to have tweeted something if it was them on TB this morning? Anyone seen it or has it not been on yet?
