Today was profit taking from gains seen late October through to yesterday. Completely predictable and I wouldn't be surprised to see this pattern of rises followed by Friday sell offs now every week until mid December.

Certainty is our friend because we know we will get results in January. But it's 35+ days for potential investors or for traders to make money on this.

If you have decided to stay invested until the big day then you have nothing to fear from the SP movement between now and then (usual caveats on unexpected news, DYOR etc.)

Market knows there is at least 35 days before any readout of the P3 results. So its easy to stay out for now. At some point the wave will break surface and big money will start to come in but at this point there are other places to put money before this starts to lift off..

I think this SP movement is predictable for now.

Why do you think Carl Smythe has a twitter ban? His account is still active - just no activity for about 5 days.... which is odd.

35 days until trial data read out. So at some point between the last RNS and the 35 days being up we will see the SP move. It's a bit like poker at the moment... how long can investors leave it before buying in?

It's going to be interesting. The market knows it has at least 35 days before the big news. So in theory you could try to stay out until late December. But if it starts to rise then that thinking could come in earlier.....

That pattern has been going on for at least 2 weeks now. Always we have 3/4 sells with multiples of 10k (e.g. 50K, 30k, 20k) shares in each one followed by a similar buying pattern soon afterwards. It's very odd. If its one person/institution they are losing money every time as I have never seen this happen with a favourable spread.

I can't think of an explanation but it does look like 2 parties acting together to move shares from one to the other at a small loss.

It doesn't help that there are very few of what I would recognise as PI shares. Just these bigger chunks in triplets.

I never believe all the stuff about market manipulation/dodgy MM's etcbut if I wanted to keep a low volume small cap share price at a fairly level position then this is how that could work. But why? I'm actually disappointed in myself for thinking it.

This news was priced in. A bit earlier than expected but it was known we would get last dosing in November.

It does prop up the SP, less downside now ahead of next news and puts more potential for SP increase between now and Jan. I would expect that if all things remain equal (they often don't) that the SP will get very interesting from 4th Jan until the big RNS.

I didnt say there were no antivirals. But in this space. Not much yet.

I was thinking w/c 17th January.

Human factor in reviewing patient outcomes + holiday period (with the best will in the world this will still slow things down) + internal SNG review and governance.

But then again I wasn't expecting last patient dosed until last week November!

I note that when BRH state in an RNS that an update will be provided within a timescale they always deliver. Updates are not always fun though and anything other than 'the product is sold' will result in much gnashing of teeth here.

So we will get a November update on the Sepsis and Bladder Cancer test.

The Covid test. News on that could come at any moment or not. It isn't worth getting emotional about it. If you are then AIM investing might not be your thing. It helps to be positive and skeptical at all times.

That is a doubtful statement if you are who you say you are. Apologies if I have misread you but there really are not many very good antivirals. In fact it is the massive investments in Covid that 'might' break that cycle in the next few years.

We are all well aware that the final stage trials might not work out for us. As investors we all take a risk based approach. So for me the fact that we have reached final stage trials in the US and for SNG's own trial, it seems a lot of de risking has happened by now and I know for sure we will now get the big outcome in January.

I will proceed with caution as always but it will take a lot for me to change my current plan which is to be invested when the trial outcomes are published.

Part of EUA due diligence on the interested party would be to establish if both parties are in a credible agreed ballpark. It might not be widely disclosed under NDA outside of the board room but no way would EUA label that party as 'credible' if they didnt think there was a very solid chance they would be selling at a value that they could agree with.

Cost of due diligence to purchasing party is small beer - in this context a few million is small beer. They could be doing due diligence on multiple potential purchases of other companies and assets in parallel and probably have teams dedicated to M&A.

Binding offer is when we get to know. Both parties generally would consider they needed to act in good faith so one way or another it won't be long now.

Sakura. Would the 40+ years since you saw this not have been used to improve how interferon could be formulated and administered so that efficacy improved? Just don't see why SNG would have even started if it was never going to work? Doesn't make sense.
