Profit taking expected. I reckon we might get a second spike today. Very attractive proposition considering the low market cap. I will probably sell some maybe but keep most.

That's right Sharedealer. We should have a critical mass of FOMO at some point in the next 3-6 weeks. But for us we already have the best seats in the house.

I agree Doc. I don't think there will be a better price to buy after today. But if I wasn't in yet I could wait a bit longer.

I think a more likely event could be a conditional pre order. SNG would have to RNS that and it might become politically expedient for governments (even ours) to show they have plans in place considering things are getting worse across Europe.

Sharedealer. True if it did it would. Not sure it's likely and I think that's what I would assume for now. I will be very happy to be wrong about that!

Just my thoughts though. It's perhaps the most exciting stock and AIM going into year end so I have a strong conviction that todays SP does not reflect the level of interest we will have ahead of P3. I did top up at 175 recently and absolutely no sweat that buy will make a significant profit. I may top up again at these levels in the next couple of weeks if only another investment would make something in time for that.

Market knows it had 35 days + review of the data etc before the big P3 RNS. It effectively puts a delay on investor interest and moves the anticipated rise back to mid to late December.

If you are not already invested but have decided to do so ahead of the big RNS why invest today? You can wait and put the money elsewhere for a few weeks. The SP has settled into this range for now, but you do know it's coming and at some point you will invest before the anticipated rise in anticipation of the RNS. Think more like a trader and it's clear why it it what it is. The certainty that we will get that RNS after a number of days makes this something you can plan for if you are an investor looking for quick profit. Unless there is a black swan between now and year this stock will get a rocket ahead of those results coming out.

I'm not talking about me by the way. I'm just holding and I'm very happy with my average and I'm rubbish deciding when to buy and sell... maybe getting better.

So we expect RNS this week re the Covid test because the Prof said there would be news on it this week on Twitter.

Recent RNS also stated we would get news on the Sepsis and Bladder cancer tests in November.

Odds on I think that the next RNS is tomorrow morning now and will cover all of the above?

Halma, There will always be selling on any share. We will all have different averages and different attitudes to risk.

If I decide to sell a third of my investment at some point it doesnt mean I don't want the other 2 thirds to make more profit. Some shareholders will be running at a loss today and still trade it on the way up to try to buy back in on a dip and reduce that average. I's all about risk we are prepared to take on.

On previous AIM investments I have seen the SP go up 4x ahead of an rRNS and then plummet afterwards. If I had sold a third (or whatever might make sense) I would have escaped with a small profit and have been able to try again if its the kind of share that might spike again at some point or invest it elsewhere. I didn't do that and it felt like a punch in the guts to miss that opportunity. Yes that third could make even more if I just left it but it might not and I prefer to have an 80/20 approach to investing rather than always hold out for the very top....

Do think you will get 80p though :)

donotpanic. I think it's healthy to have a sell strategy on this share. I tried on the last spike and ended up losing about 50 shares on the buy back. Never mind - lesson learned etc but was worth a try.

Genuinely interested in how you get on this time. I was hovering over 40p for a third of my shares just now.

I think the SP will go up ahead of the P3 results. Anticipation will grow later in December and more money will want in ahead of that. The current SP reflects that we have 5-8 weeks left to wait so there isn't enough urgency yet for the lift to start.

Dealer. The BOD does not have to micro manage the share price. It is required to act in the best interests of shareholders. So if it can execute a sale that returns real value to shareholder via a dividend then it is doing it's job. It doesn't matter what the SP does today or yesterday in that context.

One of the challenges the BOD has is to ensure value for what remains of EUA. Again acting in the interests of shareholder, because the sale is not all of the companies assets, what remains needs a strategy.

It's all in the RNS's. Just because we don't see what we want to see every time the BOD updates us doesn't mean they are not acting in the interests of shareholders.

The RNS means:
=We are still selling most of our assets.
=What remains will be part of a dual listed company.
=Because the EUD Board know what they are doing the formal discussions on dual listing have commenced - but with the intent to complete the sale first.
=Formal intent for dual listing requires notification to the market.

That's it. All in good order. SP falls because 1) plenty of people invested don't understand, 2) market wants the sale and will always fall off a bit if the RNS isn't the sale or something that increases speculation of the sale.

Actually this RNS is a slow burner. I note the fall has stopped and lots of buying action. I expect us to be back over 28p by the end of the week as the market realises this RNS might mean the deal is very close. It certainly doesn't say it isn't.
