It’s actually quite binary. If the trial results are good the the SP will recognise it instantly. Granted that there will be other treatments in play and you can cut our cloth accordingly with that and how much Covid is out there next year etc but if this broad spectrum treatment is proven to work then there will be few other shares to own that are as good at that time.

I bought into Synairgen prior to the big blue +300% day and I also bought the fund raise.

My view is that it doesnt matter what is happening with the SP now from an exit perspective because I won't exit until after the Phase 3 trial outcomes. This weeks SP drop is the result of a mixture of perceived and actual delay and todays news about Merck. This SP drop is likely short term and can be reversed for many reasons as it has been before.

The Merck news should be expected. There are other treatments and there will be more news on that. However this doesnt change the outcome based on successful Phase 3 trials. If the trials are successful then SNG will become a part of the Covid treatment base as it has unique properties to address severe cases where interferon is the correct intervention.

Covid isn't going away in the next 6 months. There is a need for more viable treatments for respiratory illness and SNG is a part of that. A lot of science around interferon has been accelerated asa result of this pandemic. It's a perfect storm if you are invested in it.

Without having a crystal ball my personal risk assessment for this stock is driving my investment choices. I think it's a very good option.

True. BUT anything that adds value to Phasefocus adds to that story. Yesterday I tried to find a valuation for Phasefocus and couldn't. So whatever it is that is they are excited about may well provide important data for that.

Zwartkops. Yesterdays RNS indicated BRH will sell it's holding in Phasefocus for a profit. Phasefocus just tweeted something indicating something interesting going on next week that Trevor Brown has retweeted.

SO it sounds like there may be news on that next week.

But then you don't want that.

As predicted there are a number of posters on here since the presentation who are subtly and/or not subtly trying to create negativity around SNG.

If Phase 3 trials are a success then SNG is going to be a very very solid investment. Andybe4's first post will not make any difference to that.

Thanks SGD27. It seems like a common sense post so could well be genuine conversation with RM. As always with RM he doesnt really give anything away apart from displaying his overwhelming confidence in P3.

So timing of this (and any upside on JORC) are the potential upside items we are waiting for.

Proposal/s under consideration don't have to be RNS'd. They are not firm offers. If the board receives a firm offer (which they may well do once any homework required by the proposer is done) it has to be RNS'd. Doesnt it?

Anyway - my point - we could receive an RNS on firm offer at any time.

That's very nice to see Titania. I think progression to Activ 3 is the black or white swan for SNG this year. Could go either way and there may be some expectation that the trial isn't designed to suit SNG but if it shows efficacy in Activ2.....

The last time there was mention of SNG progression to Phase 3 (remember that video) the SP went through 1.90, It was believed to be true for a few hours. So if that became fact then 1.90+. Next few weeks perhaps?

If trials continue to show efficacy - this will fly. There is that!

This weeks RNS only provided more certainty that there is a pipeline of products that are well progressed. From the BRH perspective I would suggest they are quite close to being able to demonstrate working kit. We know the Covid test technology works and I trust Carl Smythe in that regard. Of course the build kit has to go through trials - that's obvious.

For me it's about the IP. Do I believe it is strong enough to get to market? Currently I see enough reward v risk to hold considering the current market cap and that BRH does have form for selling on it's investments. The weeks SP movement is irrelevant and predictable. So some investors get frustrated and want to put funds to work on quicker returns - good for them. I took a lot out when TB was selling last time - my average is lower now and I will admit I did hover over the sell button on Wednesday to de risk the inevitable fall on an 'update'. We all have out objectives.

I dion't see BRH selling test kits to end users. I'm happy to be wrong on that. When I say get to market I don't really care how as long as us shareholders get rewarded for it.

By the way - months is short term. I don't get that as a problem. No way we don't get another RNS in the next month.

Some are suggesting the RNS means the sale will take longer. But it just doesn’t do that. Granted there is additional interest around the assets since March but nothing suggesting a delay. It could still be next week or next year. Nothing in this detracts or adds anything material - and it is not supposed to!

An interim report is not the vehicle to set the world alight with new news. It is intended to be a retrospective assessment of the company’s performance at a point in time. Granted there is some interesting (but also impossible to quantify) forward looking information but anything of real interest will be in a separate RNS.

If you are disappointed it may be because your expectations were too high. JORC is likely the next significant update assuming there isn’t something else material about to happen around a certain asset sale.

Just my opinion of course.
