Bennster. It's all good for you to have a view on it. The SP was already weak on Covid sentiment so was due another drop.

But we don't know and to be frank it's not material and the SP moving around is not new. I have no intention of selling at this price and I don't need to.

Some of you are acting as if you live in TB's Swiss chalet and have access to everything that's going on. You don't know. There are many good reasons as negative conspiracy theories for why FAB sold some of it's holdings.

Ive had Prolee in the filter bin for a looooooong time. I just he his little green footprints whenever there is an opportunity to de ramp BRH.

Folks - FAB selling a few shares is really no biggie. If you can't stomach TB and how BRH operates you don't have to stay invested. Nobody on this message board knows what's going to happen.

I don't see how FAB selling some shares = theres a placement coming? Or for that matter that it means the sP won't double for here at some point.

How do you know FAB didnt need some funds now to run FAB? It was obvious to me that the reason TB had shares issued to FAB was to support a relatives business. They have had plenty of time to sell all of them if they really don't think they will have value.

I don't know either. The RNS doesn't feel positive in any way but the SP has been following the overall Covid share pattern of falling over the last couple of weeks and that is going to shake a few out and selling a proportion of shares at profit makes sense for many.

It is a reduction of share from 9.12 to 7.33%.

Not naive. I do not know. I think if you read what I wrote I haven't suggested that isn't happening or can't happen.

I do think you would be naive to think that because FAB sold some shares that were effectively printed money for them that it tells you what is going to happen next. Expect the unexpected with this share.

For balance they still have a very significant holding.

TB no longer has any interest in FAB. That was RNS'd some time ago. So it is not a TB holding company but he does have a close relative in it (I think it's his grandson but stand to be corrected).

Seems obvious that TB wanted a family member to benefit from the share offer last year. That's free money for FAB.

I didn't expect FAB to hold the shares for long as the amounts are transformative for a small publisher like that but they could have held out longer.

Surely all of this depends on what the results actually are? There is a range of outcomes and therefore a range of potential values.

Its all good. We wouldn't be here if we didn't believe the results will be positive. It really is any time now. I don't think the USA being on a public holiday would dampen the news flow though.

If it works they will get orders from all over. No chance UK government won't want to be part of this. SNG will get manufacturing support on all sides of the pond and a takeover/licensing could be part of that.

Assuming good P3 results.

No chance that SNG will sit on results for any reason including US market openings and holidays. They will issue the RNS same day (or following morning) they have established the top line results. Holding it breaches AIM rules and puts everyone in SNG at risk of looking like they may be involved in insider dealing. The only hold up will be internal compliance and messaging of the RNS content which they will already have ready to go covering all of the likely outcomes.

Given hospital admissions and the nature of US private healthcare, if SNG is shown to significantly reduce likelihood of ending up on a ventilator, the previously announced target manufacturing level of 100k doses per month is not going to be enough. That's just for the USA! That's just for current cases, not stockpiling.

I haven’t been looking at the board recently as I wasn’t expecting immediate news after Xmas but think we might be back in the zone now.

SP movement over last few weeks is all down to sentiment in Covid stocks IMO. This is an event stock and the event is the Paraytec test and I still believe it will be launched at some point either before or after Paraytec gets sold. Amagedon is right to point out that the market for the device absolutely exists. Ask anyone working in a hospital right now, they either have to use lateral flows which are not accurate enough or PCR which takes too long. You may be able to better control staff absences etc and it’s very important to protect the vulnerable from covid and that includes many in patients for operations/cancer treatments etc.

Airports need it too not least because they can’t easily plan for when the next variant forces more controls. Our test would provide certainty.

And yes we may well sell phasefocus for a hefty proportion of our current mid cap.

I will keep the faith. I would have bought more yesterday if only my funds were not held up in other ‘event’ stocks.

I felt at the start of the week that the overall perception of Covid stocks is that they are no longer as important. There is a perception that Covid is going away, government is reducing and talking down the need for controls, Omicron is weaker etc. So I think that is a factor (all very short sighted in my view and we have been here before).

Before Xmas I said the SP would get a significant lift ahead of results and I honestly thought we would be way over this SP by now. AIM never behaves in a predictable way.

If you look at other posters potential valuations for SNG following a good P3 release, you would have to say that the SP should be higher. A conservative view of the valuation - lets say £1bn (very low for most posters here) is more than double the current market cap - ergo the market thinks we have a less than 50% chance of success today.

Also the trading action of Polygon and Polar has worked to keep us within the current trading range. Polygon in particular have been very nimble. So many investors think buying will only lift the SP but in truth buyers want the SP to be kept low and that's how they have worked it.

Last time I Worte about this the SP shot up in the afternoon. It's a box of frogs.

When SNG announced last patient dosed for the P3 trial it was the one and only time an AIM company has beaten my expectations. Overall I just expect everything to take way longer.

This one though really is any day now. For my own thinking (arbitrary I know) I was thinking we had about a 10% chance of the RNS landing each day this week. Next week 20%. My view won't be everyone elses of course.

The selling down by Polar does make sense to me. If you are holding Polar fund you don't want to see an investment slip from 200p to 30p on results - especially if a profit could have been made ahead of that - they must have a really good average on SNG shares and they are still keeping the majority for the big one.

I do find it odd that the volume is so low today.

It's so quiet. I shouldn't be surprised. AIM never does what we expect.
