It can be any day now. Maybe even any moment now. It does eat at me a bit and I would like to think I'm pretty objective and patient.

It's all good and I'm looking forward to looking back with hindsight but I do think it will be just as challenging after the results because there will always be something else to wait for.

I would like to see more support between members of the board and less arguing. None of us knows for sure when or what but we are all on the same side (apart from the occasional self filtering fool).

anuj - it doesn't work like that. If the P3 data is ready to go they have to release it. They won't hold back news that could be worth £100s of millions for the company because someone bought some shares -rightly or wrongly.

Odd that the LSE director deals page states that the shares were purchased by Bruce Campbell who is a non exec director - not Brooke!

Does this mean that Brooke is married to the star of the Evil Dead series?

My favourite conspiracy theory today is that RM has called out everyone at SNG to disclose all dirty washing ahead of the mother of all RNS's being released on Monday. We will be the biggest news items of a generation... we must be squeaky clean.

Brooke raises hand - well erm my husband might have....... hence the RNS today and the big RNS is Monday

This isn’t true though. Close period is linked to release of financial results. Insider knowledge rules are not time bound whatsoever.

With regard to the RNS - it has no bearing on when P3 will be released.

Folks. Closed period is associated with financial results. Insider dealing is related to the use of ANY advantageous knowledge that has not been released to the market. There is no time period. So if a company employee or spouse knew that the P3 results are good and buys shares with that knowledge in mind - that’s an offence.

In my work I have to re do and certify insider dealing training every year.

To be clear. I don’t think anyone at SNG apart from maybe 2-3 people have any knowledge of the P3 outcomes at this stage but it would be uncomfortable for the company if they had to prove that.

Just a point though in general. Most of this type of insider trading happens by accident. A spouse, friend or relative buys shares and the insider then finds out after the fact and realises that a potential breach has occurred and reports it after the fact.

I’m sure Brooke had consent through the proper channels.

It brings home another frequent discussion on this board re whether or not SNG have already seen the P3 data and how good it is. This tells you that if there is that insider knowledge within SNG it is very very tightly controlled - otherwise Brooke would be in a lot of trouble.

Well they have to notify whether this was above board or not. Very irregular.

In Brooke’s defence perhaps not an insider with regard to the trial. SNG a very tight ship and comms doesn’t need to know until comms needs made.

'This is a pilot trial requested by regulators to validate the additional questions that are included in SG018 which determine the OSCI score when patients have been discharged from hospital. The study is proceeding on time and as it is an independent study, will not delay the SPRINTER study (SG018).'

Somebody posted earlier today that his was now on the SNG website and that it stated that it has nothing to do with the publication of P3 results. I haven't seen it myself but that's was stated.

That's right Tattyhead. This is really just an extended study into the mental health of investors waiting for a key RNS. The results will be out early in 2022 - I promise!
