It's so inaccurate it isn't worth your time. Look at the daily chart (Google finance is good) and it's fairly easy to tell if a trade was near the top or bottom of the spread and whether it's a buy or sell. Still not 100% but more informative that the LSE table.

Serious question to all of you SNG sages.

Who do we think actually has access to and therefore knowledge of the P3 data?

Some time ago I was under the impression that SNG may not even have access to the data until the top line results were created by a third party. Seems a long time ago and I note a lot of discussion on here about RM knowing the results. I no longer have am understanding of this other than what seems obvious - that senior SNG representatives have been working on the data now for some time.

So in terms of the trial protocol - who know's what?

The answer is - we will offer contracts only after we clarified P3 results and the future direction of the company.

Considering that the results will be out any day now - this may be academic as they will be out before offers are made.

Pharma business is risky so the candidates will get it. These are senior roles so will be 3/6 months notice included and therefore candidates would be fairly well protected if they took the jobs. They can provide package incentives v any uncertainty.

SNG do not have to offer positions just because they advertise a role - even if they interview candidates. It's common practice to start recruitment on the basis of anticipated need and confirm later.

I have personally taken a job for a company that announced it was being taken over during my notice period with the previous employer. Both parties decided to proceed with the offer. It was scary but I understood and accepted the risk - was worth it.

SNG's moves are very positive.

The last update RNS included this:

'Recent upgrades to the CX300 instrument indicate a five-fold improvement to its limit of detection, following initial testing by Paraytec and the University of Sheffield. Paraytec will next seek to confirm this improvement by the testing of swab specimens from patients with new cases of COVID-19.'

So we might get news on that and perhaps CE mark. I would expect that TB would be very keen to RNS CE mark and UK equivalent.

Re the longitudinal trial. It's 10 days per subject so unless each one starts on the same day I would have thought it's going to take longer than that to get the results. Maybe towards end March.

They clearly see the superior accuracy and ability to understand the ability to monitor the infection rate over duration of infection as key market differentiators.

SNG therapy trial. 90% of investors were found to be able to argue about absolutely anything whilst frustrated at waiting for the P3 trial results.

The other side of the coin being EUA2. Again we cannot value that outcome until we know what is being retained after the sale.

Essential points that we need to underpin the SP.
- value of asset sale.
- value of remaining assets.
- strategy on remaining assets (i.e. mine them? JV? etc.)
- Investment required to realise strategy on remains assets

So when the dividend is announced (lets be positive) the SP will re rate to the value of the sale PLUS what the market believes will be the market value of the remaining asset MULTIPLIED by what EU states it will do with those remaining assets MINUS investment required to do that with those remain assets (e.g. 20% of asset sale value to become a mining company for EUA2).

Of interest to me was the RNS stating that the dividend policy allowed the company to retain up to 20% of the value of the asset sale. I believe this to be the investment required in EUA2 - i.e. to mine it.

Toon1996. That was just my opinion. I appreciate that the official line is that we are a mining company but ultimately what we currently mine is micro compared to our mid cap which in my view is based more or less entirely on the anticipation of a sale.

I'm not complaining and I'm very happy being invested.

It's the prospect of an asset sale of most of the companies assets. EUA is not really a mining company. They exist to secure assets and licenses that they can monetise for shareholder value.

The SP is not tied to value of resources but to speculation of whether or not there will be a sale. Until the sale story is concluded the SP won't have much to do with the assets in the ground. The value of the sale being unknown there is no way to value the company.

IF EUA suddenly announce they were going to mine all of these assets themselves then initially nobody would believe them - but if they did then these announcements would have more impact on the SP. They would need massive infrastructure investment to seriously make a dent in the ground for all these assets and other mining companies are better equipped to do that.

This is why most of us are invested. Potential small investment price v reward. If they sell most or all of these assets we can expect a dividend well above todays SP. This is not without risk - it is possible there will be no sale.

All IMHO do your own research etc.

The results will first be released by RNS. If they are good then we can expect news to pop up in lots of places and SNG are quite good on Twitter now.

Ultimately the news will first be released via an RNS. See menu at top of this screen for examples 'SNG Live RNS'.

If the results are really good or really bad you will probably be able to hear some of this boards contributors exploding too.

It can drop at any time and SNG won't even have considered international time zones.

Why would anyone be upset? The reality is that if the RNS triggers a material rerate to the SP it will be too late to do anything other than buy or sell at the rerated price.

It is most likely to drop at 7:00am because logistically this is how businesses are set up.

They do like to stick the ask at 189.9

I would have thought we can't tell what Citadel are really up to. Shorting is one way they could be managing the risk of SNG not working out. They can also be invested in it's success. As with all of these scenarios it doesn't tell us anything other than there is a lot to learn.

SBM. Agree re NDN's and consequences. The problem is that with the best will in the world - big news can find a way out. The AIM rules protect the company interests as much as investors - get the news out before it finds it's own way out.

SBM - I'm inclined to agree re the 90 days. However if I imagine that the 35 day read out could have been available for more than a few days ahead of this - it becomes a not inconsiderable risk that the news could leak out. When I think of the reasons why they did not say anything about waiting for the 90 days to pass back in November, perhaps they did not want to draw attention to this possibility.

For me that is the point that is often missed from these discussions. If the data is available they have to release it.

For the me the 90 day theory MAY be a good enough reason to hold off for a few days but no more.

In any case - any day now.
