How could they issue the SML yesterday? And if for any reason that's the case why haven't they issued it then?

Everyone esle has attributed some additional value to what the Irish Fund picked up a significant stake for due to the benefits SEPCO would derive. Some think that's an additional 1p some this its 10p plus.

Keep them happy? Putting aside the EPC contracts for MCPP on which I am sure SEPCO will make a few pence they get the rights to become the sole bidder for the EPC contract in respect of all Kibo's existing and future energy projects anywhere in the world (of which there are already 2in the pipeline)

Seriously though on the GE summit though imagine the speculation if he had announced he was going to it prior to the GE deal being signed. I suspect if he had tried to he would have been advised not to. Just a thought.

At least a ML has been issued so someone must have stood up, got off their arse and let one go by mistake .... slipped out so to speak.

It all depends on your perspective and you personal goals / financial situation. I don't see AIM as a place to make incremental shareholder returns (esp at the bottom end / penny stock / exploration etc). You can either trade the peaks and troughs or pick a few that have the potential to provide a one off 10x 20x 30x return or worse case lose you the money you put in ... in which case time is less important.

Alternatively instead of being a one trick pony we are on the cusp of creating a pan-african, debt free energy company backed by SEPCO and GE. The share price is relatively stable in the 4-5p range and the dilution has not been excessive. Cannot pin the impact of a bear market and change of Govt / legislation on the CEO. If anything you might argue he should have acted sooner and got KIBO out of mining and Tanzania earlier but how and to where. Its only recently that SEPCO / GE see the market that KIBO can access with their backing.

Question for you swifty then. Is the walkabout mining licence a SML or plain old ML? Perhaps a little more of your own research would help rather than relying on others that you clearly dont trust.

The 40 refers to TANESCO and that's to do with the PPA not the SML
