Busy weekend catching up re new licence and now a new institutional investor taking shares at premium (again) due to faster that expected progress. AGM later. Going to be a busy day.

Got to remember and recall that cash would be required for the other projects. Ideally on the back of a PPA / SML but this at least is at a strong premium and with a single investor.

The venue of the Annual General Meeting is considered to be the place of an AGM. According to the law, the place of an AGM should be at the registered office or any other place in the city town or village where the Registered Office is situated.

That's OK there are more of you squeezed in down there but even getting to London form the outskirts for 10am is expensive and time consuming during a working day.

If they wanted to increase participation at AGM's they should be at weekends or evenings.

Oh and don't forget some brokers (II / TD) for example facilitate online voting at AGM's. So you can always express an opinion that way.

1) Its easier for us Northerners to get to Dublin than London for 10am and often cheaper. There is no best place to have an AGM but the afternoon would be better.
2) Arrange matters to increase the shareprice. That's manipulation.

Changing the subject. Is anyone able to make the AGM. I don't recall seeing anyone confirming but may have missed it. Good idea though to ask if they will take a few listed questions at the AGM. We did this for TSTR. Agreed five questions on BB and they then responded to each one at the AGM.
