Its a good example of an RNS that is likely to have a short term impact on their shareprice as punters see the 10p option element and it starts to become a placing at a hefty premium. Its not concluded yet. If they cant secure the agreement they may need to raise additional funds and that's likely on the back of those buying now. I cant recall the details but know they were funded upto a point but with the delays due to workshops etc that position is likely to change. (Sound familiar)

I'm not knocking NCCL and they may get the third party agreement. If they do it looks a good option. If they don't they may place at a higher SP (which is better for LTH). The cycnic would say that may be what they are trying to do and at least they can argue they explored other options.

I'd avoid setting any sell limit orders ..... no point to them IMO unless you actually want to sell at that price in a rising market. The sell orders are simple not visible to the market makers and the only way they can trigger them is to go 'fishing' pushing the price up (or down more often) until they trigger some. No they can guess at what level some people may have set them so for example at 50p for anyone looking a for a quick 20%.

The Tanesco people do not check dates on the RNS and the they had to resubmit because the TG wanted it in a different format. Get your facts right and if its so worrying sell up and move on ....

To be fair I wouldn't want the moderator job and at least they do monitor the boards unlike ADVFN. You can see why other online brokers though don't offer the same service .. too much hassle. We'd all be a bit miffed if they pulled the plug on what is essentially a free service (if not the most reliable)

bcl42 thanks for the questions / answers and perseverence. We may have different outlooks on things from time to time but anyone who takes the time to and effort to ask questions and share their responses deserves credit and listening to.

Yaki cant comment on what he was like before as first time I've met him but he was very talkative and relaxed when I met him. I think he really wanted to share more and with shareholders hence the investor evening but like everyone here is frustrated (yet at the same time partially understanding of the reasons) by the time things are taking. But lets be clear that investor evening wont happen until he has something he can really share otherwise it will be a set of the same questions and same short answer responses.
