Yes - all will be international manufacturers/ banks as they don't care if they upset the UK government. Mixed news in my view for CBG as it gives them another couple of years to live with this threat over their head even if the end result is a reduced payout as likely that the supreme court and the narrow schemes applied to Johnson will be upheld but probably no other aspects imo. Fine if you can wait but the uncertainty will not be good for the share price.

No one has mentioned that they are likely to sell their UK depots and some equipment this year which should raise around 56m (book value of 100m) and that German rail decision should be reached before June 30th (which would turn this aspect profitable) and lastly that they are cost-cutting and expect to make 100m savings by end of year. All of this makes the company a turnaround and likely to rerate. As my average is over 50p I am not as low as most but believe I will get my money back by end of next year as ALSA will keep producing, Germany and US will make a slight profit and if UK breakeven (which will become a low risk model going forward with the new 'franchise' model) then we may even be able to pay out a dividend next year! Don't expect a dividend next year (small chance) but do expect us to be debt reducing and have significantly reduced debt covenant.
