For arguments sake, if the rental contract was say £X,000 per month with an annual increase of 2% + inflation, it would respond very differently to inflation than a fixed price monthly rental. Given the future may well have high inflation resulting from pandemic stimulus packages and deferred consumer spending, I wonder what the effect maybe on the BBOX share price? Hence my question.

McBoatFace, it is always possible to have domestic Hydrogen Fuel Cells that give some degree of flexibility in supplying heating or eelectrical power (which of course can also generate heat). This is in effect a small CHP system (Combined Heat and Power). Kind regards, Simon.

It really depends upon what you want: heating or electrical power.
The concept of Combined Heat & Power (CHP) relies upon there being a power demand and the ordinarily wasted heat produced during local generation utilised for heating.
A classic example is Leeds Hospital, which generated both primary power, leaving the regular grid supply as back-up (which has value for a hospital) as well as generating process heat for both the laundry (big item in hospitals) and heating.
