I would guess (hope and pray) that it has dawned on some politician that if they were to produce hydrogen from excess electricity production it could be used to add 25% (ie 20% of total) to the volume of gas we have without increasing carbon dioxide emissions.

Please check my understanding is correct - each warrant costs 23p, with a further 30p payable to convert to a share within the next two years?
Therefore anyone buying these would presumably be confident of the share price being in excess of 53p within the next two years?

I think perhaps in turbulent, uncertain times investors become more conservative and act to reduce risk?

The government appears unaware of the H2 content that used to be in "Town Gas" before conversion to "North Sea Gas".

I can recall a comment being made some months ago that a second factory would not be built unless the first had a certain amount (2/3? I cannot remember) of capacity filled. Surely it would be strange to build the new factory unless existing capacity was expected to be utilised.....?
