We don't get many of those and afaics they have only gone down by a fraction of one percent.

Morning Stokey. Yes I realise they can only update the SigHo's once they have been made aware by any that may cross any threshold. Not heard that there was only a requirement to update it no more than once every six months.
I know they have been "lax" in the past, to say the least. One instance that springs to mind was the recent RNS of the Appledore Land sale of shares.
"5. Date on which the threshold was crossed or reached vi: 03/11/2022
6. Date on which issuer notified (DD/MM/YYYY): 04/11/2022"
RNS Date - 3rd of Feb. So quite a gap. imo
Anyhoo, not getting into a big debate about it.
I noticed the change on the MS page so just passing it on as no TR-1, as yet.

According to Morningstar it would seem that Allianz have also been one of the ones selling, along with the Killik and Kave. It's been updated since I last looked and it seems they are out completely as of the end of Feb.

Can't say the same for the Harls history of keeping the Significant Holders page updated.
Or more importantly, accurate.

The dock can be divided into sections by the Intermediate gate. This allows the next ship on the programme to be commenced at the head of the dock without interference when the main part of the dock is flooded to release the preceding completed hull. The intermediate gate is assembled from six main sections which are bolted to the dock floor and can be erected in four different positions including one at the entrance where it can be used to replace the main gate.

There is a reason why BAe MAY be sniffing around the yards and it's been mentioned a few times in recent RNS's for anyone willing to join the dots. But I'm sure you can all dyor.
Obviously, unsubstantiated rumours , that all seem to eminate from twitter, afaics, are better for trading purposes as the non-descript housekeeping RNS's of late are not having the desired effect.

I've heard that it was to foil a low ball offer from Babcox who want their old yard back now it's busy. But there might be a late bid from Lithuania, in an attempt to get their hands on the HMS Quorn a bit earlier. JW said he would chuck in the Atherstone if they paid cash. They are popping over to "kick the tyres" next weekend before deciding.

Sounds like a good plot for your next film. :)
