LTIP (again)28 Apr 2023 13:44

"The formal grant of options pursuant to the LTIP is expected to take place over the coming weeks and a further announcement will be made in due course once documentation has been finalised."
No announcment was ever made.
I asked about these a few months ago but besides Stokey offering a view nobody else seemed to either know or just ignored the question. I put it down to not wanting to ruin useful material that could be used for a good ramp.
But, imo, it gets used way too much as a benchmark or even a definite milestone, so I will ask again.
Did they formally adopt them or not?
Or, are they waiting for the Astra deal to be finalised before doing so?
Did any talk of the LTIP come up at the investor event?
Part of the deal was....
"10% of the current issued ordinary share capital, all current outstanding warrants in the Company and any additional warrants which the Company may issue prior to the formal implementation of the LTIP."
That's " prior to the formal implementation"
So, as we are told that the initial deal is being renegotiated with Astra and if they wanted to included any warrants that may be part of any "new deal" as part of their 10%, it would make sense that they will have to re-issue a new LTIP with new numbers and dates?
Any thoughts?
