Think you may have the timelines crossed a bit. He's been saying that he wanted to buy more for quite some time not just after the recent results. Back then the Nomad said it was not possible. Don't think he's going to be too bothered by a few pence increase/ decrease, IMO.

Much the same as Venn, I guess. Contracts between the various parts of the larger company. And spin-outs, as well, where possible.

Think Infa have been "on the cusp of a transformational change" for a long, long time.

I've noticed those trades, LG. Have seen similar paterns before. Lots of small trades, right on the bid, before it then drops a bit more. Almost as if they are trying to cement the price as low as possible and force down to the next level.

The only issue I personally have with intra day RNS's is not knowing till I get in, around this time in the evening. It's always nice to have that little bit of notice when the market is closed to be able to react, should one wish to buy or sell a stock.
Not here, as I'm just accumulating as many as I can for now, just generally.

BTW, paid 32.80 for my little top up. If anyone is looking at what appears to be a sea of sells on the trades page here. Actually, it went through on the Aquis exchange, for whatever reason. ???

Good post, Dingo. Never had any truck with the notion that the spin outs have no value built into the sp, myself.
I've certainly added to my holdings (not sold any) to build up my access to more of the spin outs. And I guess, by doing that I have had some small part in increasing the the sp as I've bought. Extrapolate that out to many others doing the same and that, imo, adds a certain value into the sp that is directly connected to the spin outs. Did it again a few minutes ago so as to increase my share of the next one. And will continue to do so as funds become available.

Like the phrase, "dropportuinty", JW used reagrding the recent price movements. lol

With all that is coming up in the near future "new investors" would have to take a chance regarding any future dillution.
They could wait and see and end up paying more.

What, imo, was initialy thought of as the least interesting and posibly of least value of the spin-outs is turning out to be quite a gem in it's own right. With a dream team of a BoD to push it forward.
Makes one wonder what they will achieve with the others.
Exciting times ahead, me thinks. :)
