Been here before. When the potential demerger RNS was announced back in April the SP dropped almost 15% due to the posted timeframe to get all the boxes ticked. It went from 46.35 to 39.50 over the morning session. By the end of the day it was back up to 44.50. Wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing happen. TBH
Add in some positive news re. contracts lined up"in the hopper", director purchases, etc. over the next few days and we are back on track. imo
Wonder if any others of the BoD, management will also take this potential open period to acquire shares?
