Was wondering, if they do allocate a proportion of the fundraising to Pimary Bid how oversubscribed it would be?
I wouldn't mind like a few more in the Newco over and above any allocated in the spin-out.

PR, I've also been here since 2018 as well, when Trev was basically running hVivo into the ground.
Personally, I'm glad CF came along and brought us under the OO umbrella.
Okay, he might have got the assets on the cheap. But the way things were going how much cheaper would the previous Bod have had to sell them off for if he hadn't stepped in when he did? Especially with what came to pass with Invesco bailing out. Repurposed as a Covid play may just possibly have saved them if they had been able to utilise what they had. Guess we will never know.
But since then he has not only transformed the company but my porfolio along with it. And with plenty of upside from here. So, no, I'm not going to begrudge him a few extra %.
I think it would be best to wait and see what actually transpires before getting all fired up on what may be very little in the grand scheme of things. When all is clear and the full facts are known. Until then you are just making assumptions. imo
He said this evening that he intends to put some of his own money into the venture. Yet again. Not many ceo's would do that.
Most seem happy just to take what they can for free whilst paying themselves massive salaries.

But, as regards your point about such a hypothetical offer. What JW (or the BoD) sees as fair value could be way different to anything shareholders do. Been shafted with other stocks in the past when similar situations have arisen.

It had nothing to with Infa's capability, or Sirius's for that matter, of raising or not raising funds.
