You can see from the details that the amounts paid are just token amounts. Just in order to set the thing up.
As the response from IR says, this will be "heavily diluted" when ALL OO shareholders are included and then diluted further by those that are part of the fundraising. Simples. :)

The whole package of Orph from CEO to IR is just so out of the norm as to be outstanding, IMO

BC, if your last sentence was in any way aimed at my 19:08 post regarding shares and price, I was refering to the amount of shares they have stated on the statement of capital document posted yestrday on companies house. And not how many and at what price we may recieve when the time comes. For which I don't care too much and will be happy regardless, I'm sure.
If was just wondering how they arrived at the stated issue of 24997500 and a aggregate nominal value of 4999.5 GBP.
Having run the numbers through Excel, I was interested to hear anyone elses take on the figures.
If no one else was curious I will just leave it there.

It was all in the original spin-out RNS regerding this.
"The Company plans to use an external agent to establish a trust over the legal interest in the Newco Ordinary Shares..."

The five are listed on page 3 of the link posted earlier.
Total of 24997500 shares between them.

I was interested in the amount of shares and the price.

We voted to give Open Orphan the ability to dispose of assets.
If you look up the names on the companies house website you can see there was a comfirmation statement added today.

It's almost as if you are trying to create where there is none.

I did do a quick calculation this morning immediately after the RNS was posted.
Made it 30% take up, of what was on offer, with a further 13% of additional excess shares applied for.
Agree with Pokerchips there. The OO is just paying lip service to holders but is in fact quite disingenuous, IMO.
And with the other resolutions passed they have carte blanche to do more placings in the future without having to include holders with a OO. Same old same old.
If this does ever gets to a couple of quid per share it will have been diluted so much by then it will feel like it's stood still.

The only problem, as far as I'm concerned, is I need to upgrade my PC . And quickly. :)
