Last word on the matter from me, promise. :)
You can see from the details that the amounts paid are just token amounts. Just in order to set the thing up.
As the response from IR says, this will be "heavily diluted" when ALL OO shareholders are included and then diluted further by those that are part of the fundraising. Simples. :)
NB, "as described in the recent Circular and which was part of the rationale behind the proposed spin-out."
From the Statement of Capital.
Class of Shares: ORDINARY Number allotted 24997500 ( this will change)
Currency: GBP Aggregate nominal value: £4,999.50 ( That's the total value, btw), not £750k
So, the nominal value of the shares is .0002p (at the mo.)
Cathal Friel......15,973,250 shares, or 64%, cost/value £3,194.65
Ian O’Connel...7,274,250, 29%, £1,454.85
Liam Tremble..1,000,000, 4%, £200.00
Carol Dalton.......500,000, 2%, £100.00
Salim Hamir.......250,000, 1%, £50.00
End of... Si. ;)
