Besides an interest here, for old times sake, lol, sold everything last year and went all-in elswhere.
Best descision I ever made. And about to get a lot better. :)
But besides that, I just really want this to succeed, rather than just suc.
I think it might, in some form, so just biding my time until a few things fall into place and then I might get back in fully. We'll see.

Most of the answers regarding the timelines of what and when are in the circular.
Resolution.
Vote.
AGM.
Court approval.
Cancellation of the Company’s share premium account and the Deferred Shares.
Resulting amounts will then be credited to the Company’s profit and loss account.
This then creates distributable profits that the Company would be able to use.
Uses being:-
Distribution in Specie,
And/or making any future distributions to Shareholders.
Or purchases of its own Open Orphan Ordinary Shares.

The date of the 20th is for, IMO, an accounting exercise and not a date for annoucing details of the first spin-out. Though, this is just my interpretation of the wording of the circular.

"The Reduction of Capital does not involve any distribution or repayment of capital or share premium by the Company and will not reduce the underlying net assets of the Company"

"The Board does not intend to declare the Distribution in Specie until the Fundraising for Newco process is near conclusion."

I was thinking similar to the ones we get after a GM. All resolutions passed, type RNS. With details of expected effective date of the Reduction of Capital.

Not being a pedant, but I recall the wording to be "on or around the 20th".
That could be either way I guess.

It was a historic Niel Woodford holding in hVivo, from way back before the merger, that the new people at Invesco saw fit to distance themselves from. Have been offered to take them off their hands but wanted to drip feed them in the market.

A large-scale centralised production system situated near Islandmagee and Belfast is a very real prospect for NI due to it's:
Access to large amounts of electricity due to location near high voltage electricity grid and interconnection with Scotland.

Proximity to large potential demand, including:
The natural gas grid via the SNIP
Ballylumford and Kilroot power stations
Buses and heavy goods vehicles in Belfast and the M1 corridor.

Potential for large scale hydrogen storage at Islandmagee and potential future salt caverns at Larne.
Suitability of Belfast port for export of renewable hydrogen and its derivatives

Encouraging report and quite recent, like the"a very real prospect" bit.

Does it seem that everything is pointing to a monster news event on the 24th.
The reuslts of the court case have been said to be on or around the Thursday the 20th and from the link that Eskers posted regarding Prep Biopharm Ltd and Prep Transfer Ltd. Both had statements or documents due 10 days from the 14th . If nothing arrives next Thursday then Friday could be very interesting.
Big news on the Monday 24th re. divi's with an ex date of Friday 21st. lol

Yeah, not sure if they will actually appear in our accounts. Maybe in the same way that old delisted or susspended shares do. Jeeze, I still have half a dozen shares showing in mine that go back years.

The shares and cash divi's are explained in the same RNS and are two distinct issues. Unless, as also mentioned, that the demerger does not go ahead. If that happends then the realised profits will then also be available to do what they want with. Be that a divi, an aquistion, share buy-back.... or whatev's. But not for decorating BoJo's or CF's flat. :)

So two different issues

According to the demerger RNS there will be a third party holding the shares until after the lock-in period. Although we will have voting rights over them, if I read it right.

"The Company plans to use an external agent to establish a trust over the legal interest in the Newco Ordinary Shares allotted and issued pursuant to the Demerger, from the allotment and issue of such shares until the end of the Lock-In Period, pursuant to a nominee arrangement. The intention is that, following the end of the Lock-In Period, the agent will transfer legal title to the Newco Ordinary Shares to those beneficially entitled to them. Shareholders should therefore be aware that if the Demerger is implemented they will not be able to sell, transfer or deal in the Newco Ordinary Shares they receive for a period to be determined by the Board and expected to be up to nine months following Admission. During the period of such nominee arrangements, and except as follows, such nominee will exercise the voting rights attaching to the Newco Ordinary Shares held by it in accordance with the wishes, if any, of the underlying beneficial owners of such shares.
