You have to laugh sometimes at the disparity between what CF says and what and when things get done.
When quizzed last year about finalising this acquisition he replied that, " the documents are on my desk and I just need to find some time to sign them off". Or something like that.
Just goes to show just how busy he has been. ;)

Pretty much what Desert Star said, Charlie. Although all recent news is great and I don't want to sound dissapointed, but it's not the kind of "knock it out of the park" RNS that I had built up my expectations to believe was coming.
Guess I need to manage my expectation of news as I do with timelines.
But It's all good, no complaints. Quite content to keep watching this space. :)

An extenion certainly explains any delay but atleast it's a delay for a good reason.
Still doesn't feel like the big news I was kinda expecting though.

Had a little dig into the .gov website regarding SAGE, just to find out how often they have meetings. According to that it seems they have been having them twice a week since January. But it seems to take a while longer to release the minutes of the meetings.
So, hopefully, once NERVTAG get their hands on a hard copy of the results it shoudn't take too long for SAGE to hear their findings and report back.

See number 16 ( The Characterisation Study) still says enrolling. If the info is up to date and correct, that is.

Morning Lottie. According to the financials tab of that link, up to Q2 2021 their assets totaled 51.21m with total debt running at 18.13m. Not my area of expertise, tbh, so I just took one from the other and it gave 33.08m or 27p when divided by the current issue.
But then there's the other stuff, such as liabilities, equity and cash/ cash quivalents and thats me done as I was geting the same feeling as when doing my tax return. That's why I pay an accountant. :)

Morning, Barwick. Was going by recent PDMR dealings on another stock over a number of days where each day there was a RNS stating their increased percentage. Instead of totaling it up in one RNS when they had done.
Also, not sure (read as don't know) if percentage thresholds apply to members of the BoD.

If is is Mark, which imo it's not, bwtfdik, we'll find out soon enough when Cf drops a RNS saying he's bought.
Which, I believe , has to be released on the same day as the purchase.
