If they are shown in your account then they would need some way of differentiating them from any POLB shares bought on the market. For the lock-in period, that is.

They just went under the 3% notification requisite.
As an addition to what RNS's I've marked on the chart it may also be whorthwhile marking on there the dates of interviews and webinars that CF did. To see what, if any, effect they may have had on sentiment.
Might do that later if I get time. But they are a bit harder to nail down, unlike RNS's.

FWIW, I thought I'ld just share a chart for the last six months with all the relevant , or not, pieces of news marked in.
Don't worry, there is no TA. Just a simple chart of the SP over this period and RNS's that may have had an influence.
You can interpret for yourself which news items may have had an effect on sentiment, the SP, trading ops etc.
Certain ones stand out to me in the build up and the subsiquent fall. Especially ones that gave an actual timeline for things to be completed in or wait for. Things like the defined timelines from 1st spin-out RNS, voting on resolutions, the results of voting and the wait for the court case approval. Others, like the demerger update and the results RNS had knee-jerk reactions but recovered, for a time.
The one that stands out most in the build-up to the highs, and still not sure why it was done at that time, was the public lauch of the DIM paltform. It certainly added fuel to an already rapidly rising trend. But then nothing was done with it as regards signing contracts. In fact quite the opposite was done as was then stated that any contracts would have to wait until after it was spun out. It could be that it was just to publisise it to a wider audience to garner interest. It certainly boosted the SP, if that was the goal.
Anyhoo, just thought I'ld put it out there as it may be of some use in seeing how things panned out and maybe why.

And GL for Monday. Will be interesting to see how it goes. And if all this supposed dumping of OO stock for POLB starts coming back in when people flip there Primary Bids shares for a quick profit. ;)

Landie, and anyone else, the thread was about shares bought through Primary Bid that go live on Monday. Not the ones allocated to shareholders from the spin-out. Not botehered about those , atm

As far as I can tell it's because he came out of his share lock-in period at the end of last month so it fits as someone to blame.
Not seen any actual evidence though. Unles I missed it.

It's not just what he has bought in the open market in OO but there is also what he has invested into POLB as well.
It's not like most on AIM giving themselves free options for just doing the job they are payed well for.
