just re-read the RNS and am mega pleased.

STX has already placed orders in anticipation of a US deal - see below. This is clearly telling shareholders that a US deal is close to being finalised . Fantastic - just did one final top up 117p.

Our French manufacturer is also continuing to manufacture finished packs for sale by Norgine and AOP in Europe, and we have also placed orders for launch supplies of US packs so that we will be in a position to supply US packs promptly when we have secured a US commercial partner.

re refund to Norgine - this is only because STX incorrectly labelled the trial. ITT should never have been included as a criteria.
It was and so as per the contract STX did not meet all the milestone requirements. Purely an admin error.

brrr - at these low prices they could buy IDP just for Skinny Tan. No other tanning brand has any significant DTC presence, so that will be of value.

The other products will not be of interest or have much value at this time.

yes pleasantly surprised by the rise as this has done nothing for weeks but..
1. still selling DTC which is c60% of revenue - other retailers have 0 revenue at present
2. At these low prices could someone make a low offer, if only to get access to DTC - i think the retail space will not go back to normal for some time, and ST could be purchased for say £10m at current valuations
3. Always wondered if Haris might try and buy the life science arm (prolong and growlase). It was always his baby and he has c£5m from share sales over the years burning a hole in his pocket.
4. RB director bought 4% so we must be on their radar too

Not sure we'll ever get back to even half of previous valuations but i'll take a quid for now

L&G probably has internal rules only any company they hold with a market cap less than say £100m cannot form more than x% of their portfolio. Due to recent share price increase they have breached this amount and have had to sell some. Probably over a few days too to stop a sudden spike. The fact they are not selling all suggests they know this is going higher

yes BTC has had a great last 24 hours and surprisingly not reflected in share price today, although that may be partly due to results.
Initially i was a little disappointed with results but having re-read them i am happier. Steady progress with monies being used to purchase more machines. Hopefully 2020 will reap the rewards of this and with company strategy now settled the 2020 accounts should be simplified. Admin costs seemed very high (consultancy fees £1m !!) but maybe this was due to change in approach.

If BTC price remains stable tomorrow we should see a decent share price increase and with good April numbers published next week we should be back in the 7p range ASAP.

this share is ridiculous - BTC up over 5% today yet we haven't moved.

Yes results were a mixed bag IMHO, but more positives than negatives. If we are still holding BTC then clearly the value of that is going up too.

April update should be interesting - more machines, hopefully higher hash rate and increasing BTC price through the month should show decent rev and mining margin

agree - admin costs are far too high. Consulting fees over £1m is madness. Hopefully now business model is settled these should be almost zero going forward. Director remuneration is also higher than i was expecting - c £1.5m including over £200k for loss of office. Edwards left in Jan 2020 so no doubt he got a pay off too.
Get these under control for 2020 and we are quids in.
2020 is a different company to 2019 though - leaner and many more machines. Going forward looks positive.
Cash which was low on 31/12/19 due to new machine purchases is over £2m now (as of 26/4) which shows first few months of year have been a lot better - and we've also bought an additional 1k machines during this period too

definitely don't want to see ARB take on debt and there is no need for it.
Accounts will show a decent profit - we made almost £1m at H1 and H2 has seen a decent increase in rev. Most of the additional machines purchased did not arrive until Jan 2020 so won't be included in 2019 accounts. Depreciation was c£600k in H1 so would not expect this to increase massively in H2 - £1m tops.
In Q3 rev was £3.6m and margin was 73%.
Q4 was £2.6m and margin 52%.
So for H2 c£6m rev - gross margin £4m - £1m admin/wages and £1m depreciation - net profit £2m.
Therefore for full 2019 net profit will be c£3m.

Glebe - i agree we need to better understand the cash position and if ok this should start motoring. I mentioned similar a week or so ago and you were one of the people to shout down my concerns re cash visibility. Glad you've changed your mind

totally agree orange. This is min £2 on an US deal, probably nearer £2.50. After Chinese deal i was happy buying at 1.80 as i felt the US deal had now been de-risked (money in bank for STX so they had a stronger hand, and that deal could be used as a benchmark for potential US upfront payment e.g c$50m etc).

Since then this has dropped like a stone. I keep topping up in the expectation that this will make me 100% profit in the next few months - as it did last year with FDA announcement.

IMHO, i think the CEO change is to get the deal over the line. Must be close

Bodes well that they've just acquired c7% of GFIN.
