Obviously they wouldn't admit to it even if they did, but interesting that they are actively denying rumours.

Redeye, how would an issue like that be resolved? Is one allowed to issue such a large quality of shares effectively leaving the original holders as minority holders? I guess as long as the shareholders sign it off you can do most things.

However, it doesn't feel like one could represent such a deal is in the best interests of GCM as a corporate entity.

Feels like quite a technically and legally nuanced area that I don't know anything about!

Already today there have been 1.175m share trades reported late.

I've not been convinced of the T/O narrative, but the longer we are range bound with such high volume, on a listing that is so iliquid, it seems to make sense.

I'm 100% convinced we are being held here, and a T/O is only explanation. A buyer or a seller doesn't make sense any more to me, as they would just compete OTC, not dripping directly onto the market imo.

Swinging between taking huge sells and no value, is a strategy. Keeping the price of a micro stock in such a narrow range, is a strategic play.

Someone (or groups) is investing a lot of time, effort, and a bit of money keeping GCM in this range. Logic says because good news is coming and soon. If not, surely the easy and prudent move is to let the price drift back to 1p if you are looking to accumulate and don't know anything.

I'm also very surprised at the range, that's not typically how you fill a big order as a MM, you pump and shake, trigger stops, encourage trading etc. But we have such a big spread and such limited volitility, it just doesn't add up. In a good way lol because someone is going to the effort to create this trading environment (and you don't need particularly deep pockets to do so when the entire MC is under £20m)

None of this is normal. The huge volume of trades yesterday, the placing shares seemingly changing hands, no holdings updates, so many delayed and cancelled trades - it's so far from normal.

When you say multi-billion mate, do you have forecasts for revenue?

Phulbari has been a poisoned word, politically, in the context of OPM. The fact that it is being so casually mentioned shows that the politics has shifted.

This is the first time we've seen it mentioned in a casual way, and presented as a done deal. And they aren't up in arms about this.

Yes it's not a GL, but put it in the context of the polical movements going on, and it becomes significant.

It's not goading, it's not castrating, it's not celebratory, it's just a statement of 'fact'.

And if the casual mentioning of a project that has caused so much political strife, tells me something has changed.

Deals are agreed in principle (without a reportable commitment) a long time before the final agreement is signed or the bill is published or a statement publicly announce by Hasina.

No worries, I didn't comment when I saw it the first time, because the logic is sound. There is a dedicate and consistant buyer that is going to push us up really quickly once they have finished/news drops.

They would need to cost nearly £1 each to make cost £7m

You don't typically seek approval from the top of the chain without it being a rubber stamping process.

Personally I think approval will be broken by a politician before it is officially broken by GCM. That is the general way that high impact social political decisions are made.

2: Gauge reaction and confirm if the policy stands up to scrutiny

3: make policy official

I believe that we are now truly in step 1
