You may want to consider what the oil price may mean for production revenue & how that may factor into the farm out process, especially given we're likely to see elevated oil prices going forward.

We're discussing Block XX, with relation to a potential Indian partner. That doesn't discount a Chinese partner beingnthe eventual party contracted with. However, given MB confirmed an Indian party were in the mix, the argument for India has a strong basis, imo

The specific reference to 'Chinese Partners' relates to Block 7 and parties already involved in activities in the region, on the China side.

That contractual clause inclusion would have been deliberate & for good reason.

Yes I am but i suspect most shareholders here don't want me to discuss that investment case on the UOG board. It's very different & has very good reasons for why i have a large holding there, but it also has its own forum for such discussion.

You may want to check on the timeframe linked to cash injection necessity. Bear in mind a fundraise will be worked, before cash is actually fully exhausted.

You asked for my reasoning on my own personal reason to sell the remaining 'derisked' holding and you have it. You're all welcome to stand by your opinions of developments playing out here but suggest you (with due objectivity) assess the relative timeframes involved.

The necessary fundraise will precede all else IMHO!

For the same reason the old BPC. targeting the supposedly massive Bahamas resource was a binary play, despite 'oil seeping from the sea bed' and all the other stuff that conflated 'potential' with 'certainty' in the minds of ill informed private investors - it turned out to be a dud!

RNS update immanent, so we'll soon find out, as well as the exciting build up through GOBI, which will be a priority for the upcoming operational activity.

Very good reason to think so, as well as the obvious China prospect. The Refinery contract also includes the move into Exploration / Production activities - Why would that be?
