Again still scratching my head as to why they sold at 5.5p to only buy back at higher prices.

Someone wanted those shares badly, nearly 2% given away by Lombard or transferred to another entity & now they are buying back in the open market.

Very very strange but see this as a positive catalyst as something is brewing !

Our patents alone must be worth a large share of our market cap.

I see Magna have the patent for the interior mirror but just wondering if we any patents around this area or just integrating our stack into this ?

It feels it should be SEE based on our relationship with Ambarella but many on this forum have also pointed out that Smarteye have also worked to explore DMS integration with them.

The positive is that SEE collab supersedes the other; ours very recent only dating back to Jan 2022 & Smarteye in 2019/ 2020.

Ok so might be clutching at straws here but did a search on LinkedIn typing Continental & SEE:

What came up is I think very interesting & might mean the partnership just signed with Ambarella does include our tech.

We have over 8 employees who are ex Continental staff, can’t be a coincidence surely :

Gary Collins our VP automotive worked for over 19 years at Continental & Delance Lenyard our Director Technical Marketing worked for over 10 years before joining SEE.

So just join the dots, Ambarella signed with us to integrate our DMS & Continental now forming partnership with them on supplying our tech. Simples :)

Great for SEE as this is our biggest Client win to date with Magna :)

This is very interesting & even more so when you watch the London presentation :

He said Fovio family of chips are being used in a number of big chip manufacturers so we could be involved.

Freewill that’s funny but could even be the reason.

I’m more of a conspiracy theorist & believe something is brewing. Perhaps another shareholder like Griffith, Kilick etc looking to add shares as doubt someone would just buy 70 million shares without a coordinated exchange with Lombard.

15% is significant if it stays that way for Lombard.

I’ve always said makes no sense to sell at 5.5 & rebuy at 6.6p unless something is happening behind the scenes that we don’t know about.
